John answered all of my additional questions promptly and thoroughly throughout the entire process, even when it was a set deal that we would be in that night to purchase. John definitely saw this sale through to the end and beyond. And with that made it feel as if we were not in fact making a purchase of a vehicle but joining in the Audi family. Even though it was late at night, John still went through the car with us in detail, and even offered to be available with any questions we might have in the following days. Not once did he act as though he was being put out by staying hours after close. It was quite a different experience for us in purchasing a car.
