Great salesman, but very pushy finance person, pushing Audi care package. Not everyone wants to buy it! Our experience was great up to the point of purchase. Left, feeling, unsure, guilty, and humiliated about my knowledge of what it would cost to maintain my Audi. I didn’t want to add another $15,000 to the cost of my car, I chose to pay for maintenance along the way and take the risk of wheel, key, and other uncommon issues.
