The entire staff of Audi Westmont is really great, but my Customer Service Sprecialist, Kaitlyn Gardner, was genuinely exceptional. She has helped me with service on multiple occassions over the last year and I have never had a more consistently professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful service assistant in all my years of luxury car ownership (including BMW and Lexus). She has gone above and beyond not only with respect to normal service appointments, but also helped be with a significant roadside service issue that was otherwise very difficult and frustrating. The upshot is that she went out of her way to help me with a problem that went way beyond the scope of any normal service assistance and she took a genuine person interest in solving my problem and helping in any way she could. If I could hire people for my own business with half the dedication and care and professionalism Kait has, I would be way ahead of the game. She is terrific. More
