When I discovered a low oil light on my rental A3, I found the nearest BP station and tried to find an oil that might work. I called Audi America and the agent there was most helpful but we couldn't determine if the oil I had in hand would work, so I asked for the closest dealership and found the Westmont Audi 2miles away. My partner has an Audi A6 so it was nice to find such a helpful man James in this dealership. He immediately assisted me so I could take my daughter to her appointment at the hospital for a test. What a wonderful experience. Zipcar is very lucky to have such a vehicle in their livery. Thank you again, James. More

When I walked into Laurel Audi of Westmont back in August 2012, the first thing that I told Drew was that I am a pain in the butt customer, and that I would be taking my time with deciding what my new car wo 2012, the first thing that I told Drew was that I am a pain in the butt customer, and that I would be taking my time with deciding what my new car would be. Drew was BEYOND patient with me. I was looking for the exact CPO car within my price range / option range, but unfortunately never found one. The way that Drew treated me was amazing, at no point in working with him, did I feel like he was a typical car salesman. I must have looked at multiple CPO cars, and he kept telling me that if this wasn't the exact car I wanted, that I should hold off until the right one came along. I was shocked! Most salesmen try to pressure you into a car that is not the perfect fit for you with famous lines like "This one won't last", or "A deal like this doesn't come around often". In fact, never once did Drew use any line on me. He was very knowledgeable about these cars, you could tell that he is passionate about these cars. Finally, after 6 months of dealing with me, Drew was able to get me into a new 2013 A4, which I ordered on Saturday 1/5. I met the GM, Ozzie, who was more than accomodating to answer my questions and concerns. I absolutely see no reason to go to any other Audi dealership if you are in the Chicagoland area, this group takes and exceeds the highest customer expectations. More
