Tim is a great down-to-earth manager to work with and John, in finance, was also great to work with. Overall, a great experience. Zach has even followed up with us a few times since we left the lot. I would highly recommend this dealership! The only 'less than perfect' part of the experience was that detailing knew we were coming to pick up the car the next day, and still made us wait over an hour to complete the work that they did not do earlier. Also, I did not get trained on the navigation system because the store dealership closed while we were waiting and the training person did not want to stay to help us; I will have to return on another day for this. I first off contacted Westmont Audi inquiring about a RS5. I had a different car picked out at another dealer already in the same price range. After meeting Art, learning about the dealer and the Audi b RS5. I had a different car picked out at another dealer already in the same price range. After meeting Art, learning about the dealer and the Audi build difference I had decided to order the 2013 RS5. I already felt like Art new more about Audi and the quality of what I was ordering than the last few dealers I had shopped at. He took his time going over how Westmont Audi would keep me informed about the cars progress from ordering all the way to the delivery. In fact Art emailed me every two weeks!. First I got the chance to build the car on paper and approve the order, then when Audi started to assemble the car in Germany I was notified. Again when the RS5 was be exported from Germany to Port in Houston and again while it was in transit to Illinois. I felt that Art cared about me knowing the status of my car. When it was delivered Art contacted me to arrange me coming to the dealer to pick it up...and the week in advance he emailed me several finance options to review. I showed up an hour early but Art saw me in the parking lot and assisted me in the dealer and right to the detail room where my new RS5 was waiting. We walked around the car and he showed me the basics of what I ordered never once rushing me. When I was ready he handed me a nice fabric bag to get the last few things out of my trade and did the preliminary paper work to speed up financing. While he was doing the details of the trade in he gave me the key to the RS5 and told me to take it out for a ride and when I come back we can get to the finance dept...never rushing me. After I got back from he best ride ever we were in and out of finance in 10-15 minutes. Art then walked me through the Audi dealer explaining where to go for service, how to arrange it with him in advance if I wanted and what happens when I bring the car in. After the tour we walked out to the car and spent 30 minutes setting the interior up to my comforts, the Bluetooth, satellite, phone, and going over each function of the car. Art was great and sat with me until I had full understanding of the buttons. I'm a techy guy but Art wanted to make sure everything was set up before I left. And he made me feel like I was his most important customer. After i left I received several emails to keep in touch, if I had any questions in the past few days and to remember that if I did need anything to simply call. Gregg Goldstein More

He and his Sales Manager were up front about pricing during negotiations and I feel that at the end of the day I got a fair deal on both the CPO and my trade-in. Within this transaction I also dealt with the General Manager, Finance Manager, Delivery Specialist, and Parts personnel and each person was friendly and good to work with. My overall experience at Audi of Westmont was very positive, and I have already recommended the dealer and Salesperson Josh Asbill to a neighbor. I bought a 2012 A4 from Mitch Massaro. He was great to work with, knowledgable, and made the whole buying experience very pleasant and efficient. A week later I noticed a blemish on the front left wheel, where the finish was damaged and has peeled of. Probably during the the transport process. I called Mitch about it. He was very responsive and scheduled for me to drop the car to be taken care off free of charge. This is the type of customer experience one expects from a premium brand like Audi. Well done Westmont. More
