I left my car parked with the keys in it. i spoke to The customer service agent and told him what im here for. So her took his ipad to make his round started the car and took pictures from different angles. After that we went to his desk so he can pull out my info. I mentioned to him that i have Audi care program. But he told me that he couldn’t access that. So i said thank you have a good and left so as im getting in my car to start it i discovered that the start button is pushed all the way in and now it looks like a hole. So i went in to tell the CS agent about what i saw and he called his manager. That last one without even looking at the car he accused me of creating that hole and asked me to leave. I asked to see the pictures that the agent took of my car and he refused to show them to me and asked me to leave. I was very disappointed it was not Necessary to treat me like that. More
Great customer service; pricing and inventory come up short I've had two encounters with Audi Westmont, an AutoNation dealership. My most recent experience was with the service department. I live and work prima I've had two encounters with Audi Westmont, an AutoNation dealership. My most recent experience was with the service department. I live and work primarily on the North Shore, but I had an appointment in Westmont one June weekday afternoon. I was driving my recently acquired 2019 Audi Q8 on I-294 when a tire pressure warning appeared on my dash. I dismissed it at first. TMPS can be volatile and unreliable in my experience. However, after the tire pressure warning continued to appear after my meeting across the street concluded, I decided to stop over to get some advice from them. I'm disappointed that I did not get his name, but a gentleman in the service department immediately walked up to me and asked me if there was anything he could do. I explained to him that I had a tire pressure warning in the virtual cockpit. He checked the tire in question and quickly found that a nail had punctured the tire. I asked him if it was safe to drive back to the northern suburbs, and he said that it was. A porter took the car and filled the tire with some extra air and reset the values in the MMI. I have no idea how to do that, so I appreciated him asking. I enjoyed this customer service, especially in light of the fact that I leased my vehicle from McGrath Audi Morton Grove. My first encounter with Audi Westmont was in May. I was shopping for a new car, and one of the models that I was considering was the Audi Q8. An internet inquiry led me to Juan Andino, whom I believe represents different brands in the AutoNation family, Audi being one of several. I appreciated the easy customer friendly way to generate a trade evaluation. While AutoNation does not automatically match CarMax, I appreciate that they have an online method to determine your trade-in value. That was of benefit to me because I am not fond of trekking all over Chicagoland getting trade appraisals (Note: Dealerships know what they are going to offer before they see your trade-in. Them demanding that you bring in the trade-in is just a way for them to get you in the door and have you captive. Please don't fall for it!). Their offer matched CarMax and other local dealerships perfectly. However, ultimately, AutoNation's lease proposal was not competitive. It was among the higher quotes that I received. I was looking for a 36 month lease, and their proposal included a money factor markup (be sure to find out what this is as well as the buy rate when evaluating a deal), did not include AudiCare (AudiCare increases the residual value), and also demanded cash down (I don't put money down on leases. Why would you pay rent in advance?). I was able to negotiate a significantly better deal at McGrath Audi Morton Grove on a car that better suited my specifications. Even so, their communication is timely, and they are eminently polite over email and phone. More
Highly recommend We recently purchased a pre-owned Audi from Audi of Westmont and have to say it is one of the best dealer experiences we have had in 30 years. The veh We recently purchased a pre-owned Audi from Audi of Westmont and have to say it is one of the best dealer experiences we have had in 30 years. The vehicle described online was exactly what we encountered upon both our visits to the dealership. The first day we decided to stop in the showroom, our Account Manager, Juan Andino, was off that particular day, so John Tinault, the Sales Manager stepped in and walked us through the entire "1st visit" experience. He was highly competent, extremely professional and responded to every question and request for additional information we needed to make our final purchasing decision. All the service records were readily available and demonstrated the level of detail we needed to "seal the deal". Upon returning a few days later, we finalized our purchase with very professional experiences with both Juan Andino, our dedicated Account Manager and Scott Kropf, Client Finance Manager. We would highly recommend this dealership and their team for your future car purchasing experience. We will be recommending them to our friends and family for many years to come... More
Good so far We are a loyal Lexus family (currently own 3 of their top models, 5 overall), but I decided to venture into an Audi A8. Kevin (my Service Advisor) We are a loyal Lexus family (currently own 3 of their top models, 5 overall), but I decided to venture into an Audi A8. Kevin (my Service Advisor) has been nothing but phenomenal in keeping me informed of progress, and makes no decision without checking with me. Note that I did not even purchase the vehicle from their dealership. Understandably, Audi is an expensive make to own and operate, but I have had very good experience through Kevin handling my vehicle. More

They were antagonisti I never write a review usually, but my recent experience has prompted me to voice my displeasure with the sales management team. They were antagonistic and condescending during the entire process; treating you less like a customer and rather has a commodity they wanted to rid of. There are plenty of other Audi dealers in the area, do not waste your time with this one. More
a good dealership experience due to Julia Peacock I surprisingly had a very good dealership experience mainly due to Julia Peacock and her customer service. If you are in the market for a used or new I surprisingly had a very good dealership experience mainly due to Julia Peacock and her customer service. If you are in the market for a used or new Audi, I would not go or speak to anyone else but Julia at Audi Westmont. She was quick to respond to emails and had the car ready to be shown upon arrival. While the process to purchase a car is long, Julia went out of her way to answer any questions that we had. The rest of the staff was friendly as well including a gentlemen in service that prepped the car and swapped over my plates. More
Worst ever This is the worst dealership experience that I have ever had! I first drop off my car in the morning and things seem all fine until I get into my loan This is the worst dealership experience that I have ever had! I first drop off my car in the morning and things seem all fine until I get into my loaner car, I adjust my exterior mirrors and go to adjust the rear view mirror and it comes off of the windshield and into my hand. I step inside the service area and tell the service writer available and they ask me to wait for them to fix it when I clearly told them that I have a time crunch and need to get going. After standing around for about 10 minutes I get placed back into the same loaner car and drive off hesitantly. After a few hours, I get a call that my car is ready and that one of the issues that I requested fixed would be covered by the dealership because of the loaner inconvenience. When I pick up my car and drive off I went through my RO and found that the requested repair is not fixed because it was "normal operation". I get normal Operation but why lie to your customer and say that the car is fixed when it CLEARLY is not. I will never buy another Audi product as long as I live. I have had 36 cars since I was 16 (25 now) and purchase a new car about every 6 months and Audi will never be another one. More
worst dealership ever I had the worst experience EVER at this dealership - I cannot believe their sales rep wasted all of my and my family's time when everything was discus I had the worst experience EVER at this dealership - I cannot believe their sales rep wasted all of my and my family's time when everything was discussed over phone days in advance. I am an employee of VW/Audi and we get a discount and I had told this rep that I had the Audi Employee Certificate just 2-3 days before I came into the dealership. Finally after making arrangements ....my wife and I took time off work - even asked my parents to join us there...we all go to this dealership, checkout the car and fill out the credit app and show him my employee certificate and he says sorry we are not obligated to accept that and claims I never mentioned anything about it on the phone when I absolutely did mention it on the phone to him!! I will NEVER go back to this dealership - absolutely no regard for customer's time and no respect for customers. Maybe this dealership should have a requirement for their sales reps to pass the hearing test before they put them on the job - honestly I just had a bad feeling about their sales rep from the first phone call - he was constantly being pushy and trying to pressure me come in and buying the car as if the car was the best car ever. Funniest part - he compared it to Tesla and said Tesla puts cheap parts in their car. My advice - skip this dealer and goto other Audi dealers who actually appreciate your business. I am part of the Audi family and this is how they treated me...imagine how they treat other people! Totally unprofessional! Avoid this dealer at all costs! More
Worst Dealership ever Stay away. I was going to buy the car from them but they weren't interested in negotiating and wanted me to order the car then test drive it. I went Stay away. I was going to buy the car from them but they weren't interested in negotiating and wanted me to order the car then test drive it. I went to another dealer who was able to beat them by 3,000 (no kidding). What made it worse is that I returned to them for service thinking that their sales department might be bad but service could be ok. I was wrong. They told me to wait for 2 hour refusing to give me a loaner but the car ended up taking 6 hours and then they drove me home without a car. I tried to complain to the GM but he started yelling at me saying that he watched footage of the car and it wasn't 6 hours but 5.5 hours. I called Audi and told them that I don't appreciate paying 87,000 for a car and then being treated this way but their customer care basically said there is nothing they could do except file a claim. They need the dealership. I am never buying an Audi again EVER. More
Best Buying Experience Ever Audi of Westmont and especially William Calderon are hands down the best dealership and employee we have ever dealt with. Before we went to purchase m Audi of Westmont and especially William Calderon are hands down the best dealership and employee we have ever dealt with. Before we went to purchase my 2007 BMW 335xi from them my parents and I had gone to about 6 or 7 other dealerships to view the same vehicle. When we went to those places it felt like they were trying to force into buying the car rather than listening to our thoughts and concerns. All these other dealerships seemed to belittle us and showed the absolute worst respect I have every seen. That all changed though when we went to Audi of Westmont who gave us their time of day on the 4th of July to see the BMW! Throughout the whole process William Calderon stayed with us explaining everything about the car's history even while the store was past closing hours on the 4th of July! Suffice to say if you want a great experience buying a car don't look any further than Audi of Westmont and ask for William Calderon More
