When I bought the car at Audi of Westmont, it had a number of scratches. We were told they would be fixed at no additional cost to us and a car would be provided so I wouldn't be out one. When following up on when a car was available, I was told the salesperson shouldn't have promised a car. They would do the work, but I wouldn't be given a car. Four months later I brought the car in to be repaired as a recall also needed to be performed. I said I had to have the car back in less than a week and was told that should be no problem. No one called me to give a status (as I asked). I had to follow up on multiple occasions to ensure I would get the car back. The work was all done and the car looked good. The people were nice, but I had to do all the follow up. That was frustrating. More

Eric always takes great care of me and my Audi. For the recent recall, he arranged a ride home and when the job was done a ride back to pick up my car. Bought a used 2019 Audi three months ago from this dealership. Drove from Missouri to purchase it based on a verbal offer for my trade in which was slightly less than a local dealer was offering, but dealership. Drove from Missouri to purchase it based on a verbal offer for my trade in which was slightly less than a local dealer was offering, but this dealer had the car I wanted so I was willing to take slightly less for an easier transaction. Upon arriving they informed me they needed to replace the entire windshield and all 4 tires on the car and this would be offering even less. We negotiated and came to a number that was still thousands less than the other dealer had offered after evaluating the car (and with no expectation of purchase), but I had already driven 6 hours so I went through with the deal. Bait and switch for sure but oh well, it’s just money, can always make more. As we worked through the financing I was informed that they would have their company do all the registration work and then I would be mailed the plates later - this is not how any purchase from any other dealer in multiple states has ever worked, but they said it was “policy”. In Missouri you are usually either given the title and registration paperwork right then and there, or mailed it a few days later and then you register the car yourself and pay the taxes at the DMV. Missouri isn’t a title holding state so even if a vehicle is financed the owner still has the physical title. Anyway, I yet again reluctantly agreed. I left the dealership and drove home, happy with my new car. Here we are 3 months later and I still haven’t received the registration or plates nor been provided the title or paperwork to handle it myself. Multiple emails have been completely ignored and calling results in being transferred to random people and eventually you end up with someone’s voicemail who never calls back. The temporary tag they issued expired in 2 days and the only thing they’ve given me is a “we will look into it” and letter stating that they expect to have it soon for me to give to any officer that happens to pull me over. That would be ok if it were a legal document but it’s just a letter anyone could make up. Seeing as I travel for work, It’d be a huge risk to use the car, have an out of state Officer not accept the letter, and then have a legal matter to deal with 300 miles away from home. As someone who has bought over 15 cars in the past 10 years, dealing with Audi Westmont has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Communication before the sale was great and the salesman was wonderful, but actually making the deal and the after sales service is abysmal at best and borders on illegal practices. Stay far far away, it’s not worth the headache even if this dealer had the car you want. Drive a little further and get one elsewhere. More

I was at dealership for my appointment on time at 12. 30pm. Even after having appointment for service, the waiting time was very long. I received my car back around 2.46pm. I was there for only oil chang 30pm. Even after having appointment for service, the waiting time was very long. I received my car back around 2.46pm. I was there for only oil change, tire rotation. They even forgot to reset my 10000 miles light, which monitors oil change miles. So I had to do myself. Very slow service. Everything else was good. One more thing, I like to compliment parts department, excellent customer service. More
