What a joke after leaving them a bad survey and going back to buy a another car they didn’t even want to sell me a car. Told me due to the bad survey they didn’t want to deal with me all to due me not g back to buy a another car they didn’t even want to sell me a car. It was two days after i bought the car and the Costco promotion was for free maintenance contract. For oil and service . About 1500. Dollars. Told me I was not getting anything. Even if they would of given me 500 I would of been satisfied. Thought a survey was to be honest not fudge on the truth. Not too mention I probably spent over 25000 dollars in their service department over the years. BEWARE!!! More

Charges seems to be higher than communicated (in my case i was told a much larger discount but than they tagged a hefty env clearance fee nullifying most of the discounts) They also failed to reset the ser i was told a much larger discount but than they tagged a hefty env clearance fee nullifying most of the discounts) They also failed to reset the service indicator, so now i have to pay another visit (darn!) Lastly i changed my breaks, but i don't get any sense of improved breaking! More
