Shady liars and inconsistencies when it comes to communication amongst their colleagues. No one ever knows what the other person is doing or has done. Then I finally get my car after a month later xxxx near and find that now I have to replace brakes and rotors for the front and back because they’re bad… Please keep in mind I’ve literally only been able to drive the car all of about 2 1/2 weeks and now I have to spend $1200 on the front and $1500 on the back. I learned 2 things and that’s never to buy used again and definitely never to purchase from any dealer ran by Autonation!!! More

Scheduled an appointment for a recall on my Audi A3. Michael was my service advisor for the visit. Michael explained what the recall entailed and how long it was going to take. Service was completed faster than original estimate, and complementary service check up was conducted.
