I think the dealership needs to improve on answering the phones. No matter what extension I press, I just go around and around and no one answers and then the phone disconnects. Apparently the service department didn't double check the oil level, considering some of the work that was being done was on the oil gasket. Had to take it Audi Napv to get 1 quart of oil. And finally, when I picked up the loaner, the gas was at half a tank and when I returned it, I made sure the tank was at half a tank. And yet, I was charged $14.60 for gas. Unbelievable since I just paid $3800 for repair work and I have pics/receipts. On a good note, Peter was very helpful and easy to understand what he was telling me about the issues with my car. I appreciate how he worked with me and he was able to drop the cost of the service down a bit, which I truly appreciated. More
