Mike Glusak provided excellent service during my most recent visit. All service points were discussed in an open format with detailed listening by Mike. I did not have an appointment with Audi, but the car was taken right in for service. Service video texted while in service was interesting. Dropoff and pickup were also very smooth. Very good!!! More
