The service department is asleep and has lots of excuses for not being able to work with you until you sit down and wait for them. The computer in the car malfunctioned after only 5 months. I was told that the experience of suddenly not having a speedometer or any dash functions must have been "terrifying". Not the first time that this service counter has ignored and yawned their way through endless paperwork. More

No fault of your employees My car had 25,000 miles on it but it’s 4 years old. The checkup was $2400. I decided not to fix everything. Received a video with items that should be completed.
