I was initially pleased at the customer service I received. Good pricing, good process. I selected a dealer swap (which I've done successfully before) paid deposit and they told me a couple of days a received. Good pricing, good process. A day or two later. I checked in 5 times. I watched as the car sat on the other dealer's lot and didn't move. I could have purchased from them and picked it up. Instead, the car disappeared and I told the Audi Westmont. Oh we're on it, don't worry about it. Then I said, after weeks of waiting, give me an ETA or I want my deposit back. The sales agent busy with other customers puts me to end of day (saying I'm busy I'll have to get back to you - I should be the highest priority). He responds and says the car must've been sold when we contracted for it, but it was gone. I said, how can that be, I watched it for 1.5 weeks on the lot sitting there. He says, well we emailed them every day with no response???????? Email? How about a call after no response? Did they ever have a deal with the other dealer? No idea. And I asked for the sales manager to call. No call in two days. I asked why he hasn't called. Too busy. Too busy for a customer who purchased a car and you never had. I should have been a priority for the dealer, but I wasn't. Never was. And at this point, I still have not received my deposit back or a call from the sales manager. I took a long time to pick this car and to hand select it nationwide before the tariff's. And I lost out on it b/c of the lack of attention and customer service at Audi Westmont. Buyer beware. More

Nikola was a great person to work with to buy my Audi Q3. He was knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. There were a couple things the dealership needed to get done before I was able to purchase it and he kept me updated and stayed social the entire time. This meant a lot to me. I can only speak of him as my salesperson because the person I scheduled with text me at 12:01 asking me to reschedule. My appointment was at 12:00. No one but Nikola helped me and I am so fortunate he did. He made everything so lovely and I knew I didn't need to keep looking. More
