I purchased a new A4 for my son for college graduation. Dennis Turner was the sales rep who worked with us. He was very thoughtful, considerate and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Everyone -- from the general manager and sales manager to several sales people and support staff -- has been extremely attentive and professional. Our primary contact has been with Martin Newman. He's shown his expertise and experience as he addressed each of our concerns and questions. Most importantly, Marty has been extremely knowledgable about the car specifically and Audi as a luxury brand. Paul was very professional. We told what we wanted and he made sure we left happy. He was able to locate the exact model we wanted in the color we wanted with all the options we wanted in a matter of minutes made sure we left happy.
