I made 2 great choices recently. One was picking the Audi A6 3.0 to be my new car. The car drives and handles better than all other cars I looked at and test-drove. The other was choosing to purchase the car from Braman Audi, who was able to deliver to me the car of my choice, with the options I wanted at a fair price. However, to me, what really separated Braman from other dealerships Braman’s salesperson, Rob Stirling. Rob’s respectful, patient and honest approach brought me back to Braman from other Audi dealers with whom I had negotiated. Even after the deal was made and I had taken delivery of my A6, Rob has made himself available to answer all questions I have about the car; and he did so with a minimum of response time. Since making my purchase, I have and will continue to recommend Braman to anyone interested in owning or leasing an Audi. I would also urge that those folks ask for Rob to be their salesman. Paul Montelbano was a great sales associate. I did not make any quick decisions in my search for a car and it took me a couple of months to do so, but never at any time did I feel pressured by him. Chris always seemed enthusiastic about working with me as a customer and sincere in his desire to help. Now that I have my Audi, I will miss seeing them as often, but it is thrilling to finally be driving the car I know was meant for me. More
