Working with us from start to finish, he was knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchasing process, from working with us on price, finding an acceptable financing formula that we were comfortable with, understanding and answering our questions about vehicle maintenance, explaining in detail but in an easily understandable manner the many specific features of the Audi we were purchasing. Our test drive experience, including both myself and my wife, included a wide variety of driving environments so we both would feel comfortable with the Audi's capabilities. He went the "extra mile" in facilitating the "paperwork" of purchasing, staying beyond his normal working hours in an unhurried, but efficient manner to explain and expedite the process. Coming from Connecticut he facilitated our need to have the Audi shipped home, taking the time and making the extra effort to accompany us to the vehicle shipping firm, to make sure we felt comfortable that our vehicle would be cared for as if it was his own. Both my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with Marty and the whole Braman team. Professional, friendly, easy to work with, and thoroughly knowledgable about the product they are selling, one can't help but be impressed. More

I originally was connected to Braman through an online service called CarWoo. Braman was the only dealership that responded to my precise specifications of what I was looking for. By the time I went into the dealership for the first time, Chris Hill was waiting for me and was fully versed in exactly what I was looking for down to the different color options. Even though I was fully decided on which model I wanted, he took me out for a long test drive to make sure I was getting the car I wanted. On the ride he demonstrated his vast knowledge of the vehicle by pointing out many features that I wasn't even aware of after my detailed research. He then took me to the lot and showed me each of the different color combinations that I was interested in. When it came to negotiating price, Chris was very professional and was willing to work with me. He was very helpful in the lease vs. buy scenario. I arrived at the dealership about an hour before they closed and Chris stayed two hours past closing in order to get the deal done so I didn't have to come back as I didn't live close to the dealership. Once done, my big dilemma was how to take possession of the vehicle as I was not close. Chris offered to personally deliver the vehicle to my office the next morning which was 72 miles away from Braman. Once there he walked me through all of the features of the vehicle including every button and knob in the vehicle. He then synched my cell phone via blue tooth into the vehicle. He then followed up several times in the 2 weeks after taking possession to see if I had any questions or concerns. I can't say enough about Chris' professionalism and his willingness to go the extra mile. My whole experience dealing with Braman and in particular Chris Hill was stress free. More

The overall feeling I got from this dealership is one of dishonesty and mistrust. Failure to mention the Audi loyalty discount, and then compounding it by leaving it off the bill of sale, after mentioning i dishonesty and mistrust. Failure to mention the Audi loyalty discount, and then compounding it by leaving it off the bill of sale, after mentioning it to them 4 times, is very suspicious. After bringing it to their attention, somehow it was MY fault that the front liscense plate holder (NY state) was not installed, but they were willing to "share the Cost" to have it done. On the positive side, our sales rep, Herb Otten, was fine. My comments refer to others with whom I had contact at Braman. More
Chris Hill is an asset to the Braman Corporation, at no point would i have considered him one of those salesmen that we all dread. Chris took the time needed to make me feel comfortable with my decision, point would i have considered him one of those salesmen that we all dread. After visiting several Audi dealers in South Florida, I became a bit discouraged. I Had dealt with Audi of Lighthouse Point and Audi of Coral Springs and found both to be not very customer friendly. I am originally from Pennsylvania and was never exposed to this type of treatment. In PA, they really make you feel like they want your business. So, I decided to explore dealers outside of my area and that is when I met Lee. From the very start, he was willing to work with me to get me the SUV I wanted at a price that was affordable to me. When the other dealers told me I would have to wait months for a car and then tried to "nickel and dime" me to death, Lee got me the car in 3 weeks and gave me a very fair price! I love my Audi and appreciate Lee and Braman's efforts to deliver the car I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Janet P. Boca Raton, FL More
As a former Lexus owner, I wanted to test drive the Audi and get a feel for the experience and what it could offer me. I had owned the Lexus SC430, and I did not intend to trade it in but rather looked at and get a feel for the experience and what it could offer me. I had owned the Lexus SC430, and I did not intend to trade it in but rather looked at the Audi A4 and the Audi Q5 for a different type of vehicle. My exchanges with Lee Aksoy were fine. It was not until he brought in John Maggio into the process that my mood about Audi changed. John was condescending, arrogant, and flippant. He told me that they were used to dealing with high-end clients, high-paying clients, and clients who made "better offers." It's great he is used to working with individuals with such disposable income, but his intonations were not welcomed nor solicited. I would have walked away from his counteroffer and the entire exchange if it had not been for Lee, our interactions, and my own unique needs in the moment. In retrospect, I wish I had. There are too many Audi dealers, too many Audis to choose from, and my 'disposable income' likely would have been better spent. John was not suave, sophisticated, nor savvy. Sure, he made a sale from me but that had more to do with my momentary needs and not because I was impressed with Audi, John Maggio, or the overall experience. I remain a Lexus-at-heart guy because their customer service has met my expectations in a way that Audi has not. Disappointingly, I've never even heard from Lee or John about my car and whether or not I've been happy with my choice. Apparently, I wasn't a high-end, high-paying enough client to merit such a follow-up. More
What a great experience. Marc, the salesperson to whom I was referred, gave new meaning to professionalism, courtesy, respect for and satisfaction of the customer. Not to go overboard, but Marc re-defined the high end of what a car-purchasing experience should be, exceeding all expectations. When you feel comfortable that you got a good deal and they got a good deal, that they value your business, that you were not in any way given a hard sell, that your sales rep was knowledgeable even about a car they don't sell new (mine was a Mercedes, which has been amazing), you know you've got a dealer whom you can trust and go back to again and again. These guys are professionals of the highest caliber. Thanks, Marc, for finding me a terrific car and making the purchasing experience a true pleasure. I look forward to doing business with you for many years to come. More
