Jay Werner was very knowledgable of the features of the Audit A6. He took time to explain each feature and followed-up with a phone call to make certain I didn't have any issues with the vehicle. Thank you both for your assistance! My only piece of advice if you are negotiating on a purchase is to ensure the salesperson is on the same page with what "out the door" pricing is...mine apparently did not understand, and I had 700.00 of dealer fees tacked on to my price negotiated. In all, I got a great deal and am very happy with the follow up efforts of both Derek and Daniel to ensure my needs were met. Thanks! More

I was connected to Jack Stang after viewing a Range Rover on the Internet. He was immediately very communicative and responsive. Within a few calls and messages he was working internally within the Braman on the Internet. He was immediately very communicative and responsive. Within a few calls and messages he was working internally within the Braman organization to provide answers and facilitate my purchase. When he said he'd call back with information and answers, he did. Amazing how this simple this concept is so hard to come by these days. And worth mentioning, I'm in Kansas City and he is half a country away in West Palm Beach yet the process worked seemlessly as I felt trust in working from a distance because of Jack's efforts. My limited exposure to the Braman organization has been very positive and I would certainly recommend them to a few of my relatives in Boca and Delray Beach. Thanks Jack. More
Its been awhile since I purchased my S4 from Braman but post sales service to me is as important as pre-sales. At the time, Mark Bendeck (who is no longer there) was my sales rep and Mark was pretty tho post sales service to me is as important as pre-sales. At the time, Mark Bendeck (who is no longer there) was my sales rep and Mark was pretty thorough and very patient. Theo, the sales mgr, who I wasnt crazy about (sorry Theo) was involved quite a bit because the S4 was ordered as a result of a bad A4 experience. I bought a 2009 Pre-owned A4 from Braman. I had it for 3 weeks and it was giving me problems. It was a CPO car too. How it qualified for CPO I will never know. Anyway, Chris Murray was director of Braman sales for all manufacture models at the time and he was fantastic. He heard about my disatisfaction and offered me another AUDI, BMW or Porsche to replace the A4. I ended up ordering the S4 and Chris saw too it that I got it for Invoice and returned all my money from the A4 purchase. Today I discovered that all my money wasnt quite returned in looking at the A4 and S4 buyers orders (more on that in a bit). Meanwhile, the 2011 S4 has been a nightmare. I sent a copy of the defect notice (per FL Lemon law) to the AUDI/VW group and to Vince Cerone, who is the Chief Operating officer at Braman Motor Cars. Fortunately, the VW group has made an offer to repurchase the car. However initially there was no call from Braman. I thought the lack of response from Braman on this issue is disconcerting. You would think that after Mr Cerone receieved a copy of my letter (mailed 4 weeks ago in dec 2012) he would have had someone call me to express concern about my dreadful S4 experience. But no phone call whatsoever Fast forward to today (Jan 28, 2013) when I had contacted Braman Motorcars about a line item on that S4 Purchase order. The line item interpretation was important since AUDI is repurchasing the vehicle and reimbursing certain purchasing costs. I left a few messages with BRAMAN Employees about the S4 purchase order but initially noone called me back I finally communicated electronically with Vince Cerone and conveyed to him the S4 purhase order line item was time-sensitive as the VW group was offering a buyback on the S4 and that offer was valid for 7 days. Mr Cerone promptly called me back to inform me the Buyers orders were being retrieved. Then the other employee that I left a message for (laura) and finally, Jim, director of finance called me and was very thorough with me on the the A4 and S4 buyers orders. As I suspected, though, fees did in fact get buried between the A4 and S4 without me noticing but I suppose I partly have myself to blame on that one I will probably replace the S4 with another car. I might go the Porsche route though. I am not sure about AUDI with some of the experience I have had with AUDI's, although I do appreciate AUDI's buyback offer. Whether I go the Porsche route or try AUDI one last time for the S4 replacement, I am not sure about Braman. I suppose I will give them a chance since they were finally responsive to todays concern with the S4 purchase order. On the other hand, purchase a 2013 A8 in sep 2012 and Braman would not deal so I had to go elsewhere. I dont understand why one dealer could do so much better on an ordered car than another dealer. That makes no sense, unless one dealer has 3 times the overhead I suppose. I will have to weigh all the factors when I am ready for The S4 Replacement, which will be soon. More
We first met Nicole Stem back in July of 2012. She immediately won us over with her friendly, outgoing personality. She has been extremely patient and helpful over the last 6 months, during which time we finally found the perfect car. Not exactly what we expected to buy, but timing was perfect. We bought a beautiful black Audi A5 convertible and we love it. Nicole was wonderful to work with and we will continue to work with Nicole and Braman Audi as well as recommend to our friends. Our car trading situation was a little trickier and time consuming than most since we live in Indiana, but own a condo in West Palm Beach, so our time was always limited when dealing with Nicole to find the perfect vehicle, but she came through for us! More

We stopped New Year's Eve to look at some cars thinking the dealership would be closed. They wer open and welcomed us in even though it was late. We returned on January 2nd to look at the car we ended up purchasing. We were in Florida on vacation, having flown in from Detroit. We hadn't planned on buying a car but the deal was too good to pass up. Paul and everyone else made our out-of-state purchase painless. We took delivery on January 3rd and ended up driving the car home. I'm only sorry we won't be utilizing the service department as I can only imaging how good it must be. More
