I have had courteous and well informed communication with him at all times and a clear statement of work to be performed and cost incurred. Anything that comes up during a routine service is discussed with me and the options and costs covered before work is undertaken with my approval. I have confidence in this relationship and feel the dealership is well organized and trustworthy. Since I live 15 miles away from the dealership I usually wait whilst service is being performed. The waiting area is comfortable and well equipped with complimentary snacks and drinks available. For a longer service I have always been provided with a complimentary loaner. I have purchased 3 new cars from this dealership over the years and believe the deals made were competitive and fair. More

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. Actually, my experience was the best I have ever had at any dealership!! I was picked up at the airport by Manny who works at the dealership. The vehicle I was interested in was exactly as it was described to me over the phone by Osvaldo Blanco (aka Ozzy). Ozzy was very helpful and friendly throughout the process and is genuinely a good soul. I also appreciate the service from the finance manager and the person who spent over an hour teaching me how all of the vehicle’s gadgets work since I have never owned an Audi before. Recently, I bought two cars in one weekend -- an Audi S5 from Audi West Palm Beach and a Jeep Grand Cherokee from "another" dealer. The difference in dealerships was night and day. The Audi staff was professional and low key while the other experience was assembly-line and more akin to getting your driver's license renewed. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Braman. They appear to truly want your business and I expect I will be back again in the future. More
