Had problem with tires being worn out; but working with Osner, Carlos and TJ (service), they put brand new tires on my vehicle and I had a loaner for the entire time my car was being serviced. Normally, I do not take my vehicles to the dealership to be serviced, but I certainly will with my Audi. A pleasure to work with the Audi staff and a really superb vehicle as well. More

I especially liked Richardson, our salesman, for his professional manner, his knowledge, his friendliness and his not pushing too hard to close the deal although, no doubt, that was the ultimate goal.
