Needed a new battery, got a new battery. Went for a battery problem. I waited in the lounge area for about an hour while they worked on the vehicle. Drank coffee and ate snacks. Terrible $1200 for spark plugs??? When I told them no thanks they wouldn't turn off the service light unless I paid for the spark plugs!! They were snotty also $1200 for spark plugs??? Went for a recall on a pump I arrived early due to a miraculous lack of traffic on 95 and was taken right away...minutes after I walked in the door! Art was my coordinator and he is very friendly and efficient! Time quoted was @ 1 hr and I was driving out of the lot one hour later( with a car wash!) Love this dealership not to mention my car!!
