Crooks. Horrible customer service. No Integrity. Run.... Would give negative stars if I could: As my 2014 lease was coming to an end (account #884992845), and was contacted by the dealership to come in on Would give negative stars if I could: As my 2014 lease was coming to an end (account #884992845), and was contacted by the dealership to come in on my next visit south to discuss new lease, which I did. A new car was discussed, deal was made and contract was prepared. I was advised by the salesman (Daniel DeGowin) to cut the auto payments through my company accounting department as the final two payments for the old lease would be absorbed by the new lease. I assume this is typical practice. I contacted my Chief Financial Officer and had the auto payments stopped. Again, please understand, it was at the direction of Mr. DeGowin on site to cut the autopay, since the financial paperwork was already in the works. As follow-up to our visit, I am contacted by Mr. DeGowin once again, to let me know there was a delay in delivery of the car we agreed upon and he would let me know ASAP when the new vehicle was on the lot. I finally picked up my 2018 Audi in May, 2017. Periodically, my accounting department, at my request, performs an audit of my personal credit information and pulls a copy of my credit report (which, up until now) has never been less than stellar. It is vital for both personal and professional business transactions that my credit remain untarnished and I work very hard to maintain a high credit status. To my utter dismay, my credit report is showing two (2) months of late payments from Audi Financial!!!! I figured, most likely, this error was made due to the delay in car delivery and the Palm Beach finance department would rectify the error by submitting a simple letter to reverse this detrimental notification. After several calls to the dealership, many of which were ignored and included various messages in sales, management, Finance , Audi Financial and Experian, and a slew of disrespectful “NO’s” when I did get a live person, I cannot obtain successful resolution to an unreasonable and unjust situation. I don’t think I have to explain what a damaged credit report can do to a business owner. Being in the service industry, I pride myself in maintaining financial excellence and continued support of all my personal and business creditors. Moreover, I could never imagine anyone under my employ treating a valued customer the way I have been treated. Clearly, the misunderstanding is just that, as I can appreciate our world of inaccuracies, misconceptions and falsities, however, in my case, this is a common error of one hand not often knowing what the other is doing. Personal Care and Service! Having an A/C problem is no fun in 96 deg weather! I had had my car repaired at a different Audi facility because I was on a trip. A couple of weeks later after I returned from my trip, it was acting up again. Audi of West Palm Beach told me to bring it in and they would check it. Meanwhile I had the car serviced and cleaned. Audi of West Palm Beach was able to determine that the A/C only had a minor problem and corrected it, The car was serviced and beautifully cleaned! I cant tell you how happy I am with this level of care! All while loaning me a beautiful A6. Thanks for taking care of me! More
