On the other hand this is the second time that I visit the dealership and when you walk in very few associates will say hi. Once again I sat in the waiting area while associates will come and go (maybe 6 of them) . They got coffee, donuts etc. Only one looked at me and said good morning. I am In the hospitality business and that is the first thing we ALL must do when we see a client a prospect or anyone around us. Not very welcoming at all. The place was really clean and neat.
