Wait forever Not the place for service. Came in for my first service, drove further because they had loaner cars. Arrived for 10 am appointment and directed to t Not the place for service. Arrived for 10 am appointment and directed to the "lounge" that they try to make feel like a club with loud music and an assistant dressed like she's ready to go dancing. Her job is to tell the waiting customers she is sorry it is taking so long. All I needed to do was drop car in, get loaner, and go, but after almost an hour, I just took my car and left. Rep Jennifer Rodriquez is low quality. She had customers backed up and when heard me complain to manager that they were not coordinated, she sang out she is coordinated - unprofessional to start and that completed the circle. Service manager came out to help and said he could get me in quick, but getting the loaner (from Enterprise) would take at least another half an hour. How is an oil change and tire rotation and hour plus event to drop off? Apparently they have too much business or too little coordination. More
