Next delivery of the car... Wow!' This car looks like Brand Spanking NEW!!! Actually shocking!!!! Certified Pre-Owed, I had no idea what this all meant, wow I am happy! I have already told everyone that I've spoken to about the Audi West Palm Beach dealership! This type of Team work, going above and beyond just doesn't happen anymore!!! I never met any of these folks before last Friday, but you would have thought I was some kind of super star with the treatment I received at Audi West Palm Beach! Just before leaving Norbey Tobon the Sales Manager touched on everything to make sure I was up to speed and happy. I told him pretty much what I am writing here. There was nothing else he could have done after already receiving the superior treatment which had been affording to, me by his staff! I am honestly astounded at the courteous care and detailed attention that was given to me! After all, I'm just one guy, buying 1 car. I'll never forget this experience, as it was actually beyond amazing! Kudos to this dealership! Somebody really knows how to build a customer service team here!
