Worst experience ever for a first time Audi Customer Very unpleasant experience, in fact if I would have a choice for 0 stars that would be my rate. A customer service representative emailed me six times to make sure I was going and when I arrived she was not there (we spoke over the phone so no need of that amount of emails if i previously confirmed I was going). Later they were looking for my car, which i did not like it (2019 Q5) and I asked for another model (Q7) but the colors I was looking for were not available. They came with an offer for the for Prestige package 2018 Q7 with only 6000 miles. I liked the car but the price which was over my budget and after negotiation after negotiation I accepted the final offer. After waiting for more than 20 minutes I asked the financial person what was going on and they told me they were waiting for credit approval. My credit was locked and I told the guy who was taking care of me since I arrived that they should let me know when they were about to run my credit so I can unlocked it. Guess what happened??? Well, they were trying to run my credit without letting me know and when I unlocked the access to my credit I have three inquiries in my credit report (why they did not notify me what they were doing). To add more problems to the calvary, when I was about to sign the papers the monthly payments were 138 dollars more than the agreement for 72 months and the APR was higher too. My credit score is around 800 using 7 different formulas; however the financial person was trying to run my credit without letting mr know (I believe his name is Richard); He was not even able to offer a business car or a simple greeting when I entered to his office, neither he provided me with a paper with the actual score. Obviously with this level of service for a first time Audi customer I did not have another choice other than leaving the dealer....What level of professionalism is this??? Who is going to pay for the four hours I spent in the dealer?? What about the two hours and 81 miles and I had to drive from Miami to West Palm Beach and viceversa??. I do not really have words to describe this distasteful experience. More

I was surprised that Audi did not provide another Audi during the time the car was worked on. That was a new experience for me because in over 60 years of driving, whenever the car was serviced I was always given a car by the dealership for my immediate use. this did not happen. I arrived at 7:30 AM as instructed but had to wait over a hour for a loaner - and it was a Chevy. Both the wait and car were a bit of a surprise. fortunately, I will not have to return until next December. Hopefully it will be a bit more of a seamless c=experience at that time. More

No pressure - Just wonderful As an entertainer the song "You Are My Destiny" sums up my experience in working with our sales consultant - Destiny. She found me the exact specs in a 2020 Q3 that I wanted and within a week I was the first to drive out of the dealership a new 2020 Q3 Premium Plus S Line. Not to mention that because I had to wait a week I was given a loaner to use until delivery, Everything from finance to delivery was handled great. Also Craig Seager who handles the infomat systems in the car came to our home to set up the system. Could not ask for a better pain free, no pressure service. When we first moved to FL. I was looking at an A4 Conv. Needless to say I did not have a good expierence with this dealership so I was alittle apprehensive in dealing with them. All that has now changed and I am very satified. Make sure you get the maintenance package - it's well worth the few extra dolloars. More
