I am done working with Audi West Palm Beach. My advisor Jennifer was great but the service tech and customer service is horrible. Too much to write but tired of dealing with a dealership that does not ever execute any of their promises, you are just are kept running in circles, will be using Audi in Stuart for now on. I have bought and leased 2 trucks and the level of customer service to resolve an issue is indescribable. Still waiting on a second key that was never given on my new lease, told it was lost, still have my old Q8 attached to the MMI so can't activate my new vehicle to the system. More
Terrific experience test driving then leasing a new Audi A4. The salesman, Matteo demonstrated complete knowledge of the vehicle and patiently answered all questions. I have bought two brand new vehicles from Audi west palm - 2015 A6 and 2021 Q7. I was not so smart to go back to them after experiencing horrible customer service with the first car. I forgot about the hor - 2015 A6 and 2021 Q7. I was not so smart to go back to them after experiencing horrible customer service with the first car. I forgot about the horrible service with A6 so, this pertains to 2021 Q7. After having multiple issues with the car that I almost paid 100k, I have gotten “0” help. The issues were- problem with adaptive lights, gaps on seats when bolsters engaged, torn up leather in thigh extension with broken Cover piece, MMI interface freezing, etc etc….. I have been waiting for more than 10 months- 10 MONTHS - to have a part replaced that was broken. My vehicle was returned with someone’s deodorant laden in the seats, and lights hanging loose after service. Service manager “Lewis” is nothing but incompetent. I even reached out to Audi USA, but no response. This dealership and the people here are pathetic and avoid this dealership if you want good vehicle with good service. I learned my lesson after spending more than 150K. If they take care of these issues, I will update the review. But avoid this clown dealer for your sanity. More
