Seek service elsewhere if you have the option to do so. Needed a 55K miles service for my Audi A6 3.0 that I purchased at this dealership. Made an appointment online and received a confirmation. When I arrived on time at the service center after a 45 minute drive from home for my appointment, I was told that they could no longer take my car in because they were too busy. Why accept appointments if you are not able to fulfill them? The person at the desk was very abrasive and was like it was not his fault and there was nothing he could do about it. There was not even an attempt made to find alternatives to resolve the problem. Extremely poor attitude by the service desk rep to the whole - he was like tough luck but he could not do anything about it. Come back another day and we will look into it They had no respect for the time I had wasted getting into the appointment and did not care to solve the problem that was totally their fault. When I booked the appointment online, I received a confirmation email from the Service Manager that indicated that loaner cars, shuttle service or a drop off service would be available as needed. They were there to make sure that this would be a good customer experience. The opposite is what my experience was. No loaners, no shuttle service and no drop offs. This has happened before when I have done previous services as well at this location. They never seem to have it available when you need it. Either it is not a day they offer it or they don’t have any cars - different versions of the same story. Everything on that email assuring excellent customer service and convenience proved to be false. Overall be prepared to have a poor experience when visiting and waiting for your service More
Was “sold” on getting into a new lease after my current one broke down. Was overcharged, lied to and GM Mack, Billy Frank and Luis Ponce all treated me like they could care less . Incompetent Service Dept; High employee turnover Every single service visit always lead to something missed or ticket claims something performed and it wasn't. All started in so called "make-ready" which missed many items on delivery. Bad sign. Also, watch their Finance Dept, they will cheat you on finance rates. My bank showed me that they actually offered me better than what was showed. In my book, I got lied to. Every service advisor (I've had 3 different ones) take forever to update you on your car. I usually have to ask just to get an update. Emailed GM - still no response. Based on what I've read on here, expecting never to hear from him. My salesperson lasted about 2 months, then left. This Dealership has issues starting from the top resonating throughout the departments. First and last Audi purchase. I will also avoid ALL Sonic Automotive Dealerships moving forward. Time to visit Sewell as they seem to have great customer feedback. Trading my Audi and not looking back! More
