SUCH INCOMPENTANCY! !!!! I wrote a review last month and am STILL dealing with this idiotic dealership! First they told me I could get a refund for my deposit on a car w !!!! I wrote a review last month and am STILL dealing with this idiotic dealership! First they told me I could get a refund for my deposit on a car without having to go to the dealership. WRONG! A month later, I went to the dealership and talked with a finance department guy would said he would get a credit on my credit card for the deposit of $2.5K. WRONG! I had to contact them AGAIN when I didn't see the credit. They couldn't credit my credit card. WTH in the year 2025? They said they would "Zelle" me the refund. I told them if I didn't see the refund that day, I would dispute the charge. NO refund that day, as they forgot to have me fill out a form. I disputed the credit card charge. After I filled out their "Zelle" form, I finally received the refund in cash. Then Razek from their finance department started harassing me (calls and texts). Obviously they can't credit a credit card payment nor can they handle disputed credit card claim by showing a refund payment. I had to call my credit card company to put the charge back on. Dealership has wasted toooo much of my precious time! More

I contacted Jared again and he said he would contact accounting. I left a message for both Jared and his Manager Amadou Niang. Crickets. On 3/6/2025 I physically went to the dealership and they said they couldn't refund my credit card as they had gotten a new credit card system. Grant Draper, finance manager, assured me that I would receive a Zelle payment for my refund the following day. No refund yet! I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card! More
