Modules not updated to the latest firmwares. I asked for a hard reset for the vehicle to solve the bugs but only the MMI was restored to factory defaults which I could have done it myself. The tech denied to acknowledge hearing static noise from the speakers despite it happened twice during his presence. Wireless android auto issue isn't fixed and the advisor stated no solution and I have to use the cable! I had to return the loaner car and get my car out of the dealership within 3 hours otherwise I would be charged for the rental!! No ETA for the replacement parts required. I asked the tech who was driving with me to keep the engine auto start/ stop on but he said that's the way he drives. He should actually replicate the way I drive to figure out the Acceleration issue! If you are looking for good honest service for your vehicle, go somewhere else. More
