Javier salcido is very attentive and helpful ,I went there on a Saturday and he made an appt for me to come on Monday 8am ,I was there before 8 and he attended to me right away and get me a Lyft ride t there on a Saturday and he made an appt for me to come on Monday 8am ,I was there before 8 and he attended to me right away and get me a Lyft ride to go back to work . As always Alexis and your service people took care of my car's needs. I had a 7:30am appointment and surprisingly was done as promised. I have had my car in the shop for service several times and the same issues continue to be a problem. In my opinion it is the main computer that has an issue, and they always say the same thing "we were n and the same issues continue to be a problem. I have supplied them videos, but they still cannot fix it. it is not a constant issue, but it is reoccurring, they have not tried hard enough to find the issue in my opinion. More
