A lot has changed in the service since I brought my car in the last time. And I just got off the phone, leaving a message about a service that was I told that was performed that didn’t happened. I’m very disappointed in the service department’s performance of how they care for my vehicle. Basically I spent $1300 for a pull and filter change I hope, because the tire rotation didn’t happened. I have specific tire on my car I know that never was rotated. But I was charged for it none the less. So this will be my last time coming in for service at that location. I understand their been some staff changes, but quality shouldn’t diminished. More

They would not honor a re-call on a cable and plug for our 2021 E-tron. The plug fried and it burned the plug that connects to the electrical outlet. Pretty much a fire hazard. I always receive great service from Audi West Covina. They are great at providing a rental car when needed and are flexible with me to scheduling service. My Air Conditioner recently stopped working in the middle of the summer, and Audi West Covina was able to set me up with a same day appointment. They resolved the issue the same day and even provided me with a rental car since they thought the repair might take longer. Titan is very conscientious and customer service oriented. More
