Service did a good job replacing the broken rearview mirror that was not initially noticed when I bought the car but there was poor communication. I was told a particular person would be handling my ser mirror that was not initially noticed when I bought the car but there was poor communication. I was told a particular person would be handling my service but I wasn't approached and needed to ask. It turned out the service manager was handling it, which was great but again, it was not communicated. I had a couple a questions after the service but the manager wasn't sure and had to get a service technician to answer them for me. Paperwork went smoothly although I had to wait awhile before getting my car even though the service had been completed. More

Poor customer service. Service advisor had zero communication through the chat. Technician Performed an alignment on my 2023 vehicle with 8k miles. I noticed they were havi Service advisor had zero communication through the chat. Technician Performed an alignment on my 2023 vehicle with 8k miles. I noticed they were having a hard time as they kept driving the vehicle out of the service bay and back onto the alignment rack. I requested an update from the advisor after 3 hours and he was denying that the techs performed multiple alignments and that it just takes long. Not trustworthy and the alignment feels not right. I will have to take my car back and pay for another alignment at fletcher jones. More
