As always Alexis and your service people took care of my car's needs. I had a 7:30am appointment and surprisingly was done as promised. I have had my car in the shop for service several times and the same issues continue to be a problem. In my opinion it is the main computer that has an issue, and they always say the same thing "we were n and the same issues continue to be a problem. No solution for the issue present. I appreciate the work they did but it ended up being a 9 day duration without a proper diagnosis. I was informed that my front tire needs replacement, these tires are rated for 40,000+ mileage and all service has been done at this dealership. After my research (since direct answers weren’t given) the leading cause of premature wearing is failure to rotate the tires, again I echo, this is the only location to service the vehicle and it seems a rotation was not done, probably ever. This negligence will cost a decent amount of money on my end and the additional warranty purchased will no longer cover the replacement. I am beyond disappointed with the service rendered and will be taking my business to a different location and be advising others to do the same. From sales to service, customer satisfaction seems to be low on the priorities for this dealership as I have encountered nothing but issues with this place. More
