Joshua was the best sells person I’ve ever had encountered. Finance department is awful bought my Audi 7/6 had a trade in and till this day 7/27 no payoff check/ACH has been received. I’ve been calling finance and only get transferred to a voicemail that is full I left verbal messages and no call back, I went in the dealership and they said they email someone and would call me back and NO one has called. At this point they have breached the contract to top it off I also left a message to have the GM call and nothing . I’m stuck paying 2 car payments.. Audi West is awful when it’s comes to finance and GM helping after your purchase. But if you have to go there ask for a Joshua. More
