I noticed they were having a hard time as they kept driving the vehicle out of the service bay and back onto the alignment rack. I requested an update from the advisor after 3 hours and he was denying that the techs performed multiple alignments and that it just takes long. Not trustworthy and the alignment feels not right. I will have to take my car back and pay for another alignment at fletcher jones. More

A lot has changed in the service since I brought my car in the last time. And I just got off the phone, leaving a message about a service that was I told that was performed that didn’t happened. I’m very disappointed in the service department’s performance of how they care for my vehicle. Basically I spent $1300 for a pull and filter change I hope, because the tire rotation didn’t happened. I have specific tire on my car I know that never was rotated. But I was charged for it none the less. So this will be my last time coming in for service at that location. I understand their been some staff changes, but quality shouldn’t diminished. More
