Dealership service policies are mind boggling. Had the car less that 1 year and it is difficult to get them to assist with defective items that should be warrantied. There is a sense the defects or poor quality are attributed to customer negligence even though it was quite evident that the failure was due to a poor quality assurance. It was a suggested that I pay for a new part to the tune of $400 or go back to the dealership where the car was purchased to see if they would warranty replace the ítem. Truly disappointing. I was fortunate that a local repair shop fixed for free and to took about 5 minutes. More
