updated: After I post my bad experiences online and emailed to audiusa.com, I got several phone calls from audiusa.com and Pneske audi manager. Because of his great attitude, I changed my review points for this dealer online. Jeff is a very good manager and I recommend him to everyone who want to buy an audi. Go penske audi and ask for Jeff, you will be satisfied! Very bad experiences here. Want to buy a 2013 TT and tested at this dealer. Sales name: Gene Miu. Test drive is ok, very nice car, but Gene does not know the car at all. The car we tested is a black one, and that is the only one in stock. After I told her I need a white one, everything turns to bs. The price on sticker is $41xxx, and we are leasing an A4 now so we are eligible for $1000 incentive rebate. I asked for 36 months lease with 12,000miles per year. She refused to give me a price but keep telling me the lease is expensive. Come on, its just a $40,000 car, not a R8. After I asked for monthly payment for 3 times, she gave me a price. With $1500 down, I am looking at $698 per month include tax (8.75%). This is a ridiculous price. Then I asked for residual and money factor. According to the doc she gave me, I used edmunds car lease calculator and got $608 per month include tax. Then she start bs me and told me: this is car leasing program, it is expensive. Come on, I leased several VW and audi, and I know how much I should pay. My audi A4 price is $31xxx, with 42 month lease and 12000miles per year I got $380 per month, with $1500 down. So, this car is $9000 more expensive and I will pay $700 a month? I did not get angry at that time because I know I need to negotiate the price. Then Gene went to "ask" her manager. After 20 minutes she came back with a new price. $698 per month! And she start to give me hint that I should leave. Now, I know she does not need my business because I will not take the black TT that day. During the whole negotiation time, Gene was rude and not professional. When I talked to her, never looked at my eyes, just looked at her paper or computer and treated me like nothing. Keep telling me this is an expensive car and leasing is expensive. The attitude is like: you can not afford it, just go back home! Also lying on the accessories and audi care, and keep saying "I am not a liar". And she told me audi is expensive car lease. According to her, Audi A7 is the worst lease deal you can get because at the same price, you can lease a Mercedes SLS next door. At that time I really want to ask her: Could you get me an SLS now? I will pay it at your A7 leasing price and take it home now! I will complain about this to Audi USA and put this on all the car forum I can find. Do not go to this dealer because you are wasting your time. There are tons of Audi dealer and you can get your car somewhere else. Audi is a nice car, Penske audi, not nice at all. More

Purchased a 2011 A4 back in July, sorry for the late review. After going to Mckenna in Norwalk and having a bad experience with them the day before me and my gf decided to visit Audi of West Covina. It was a Sunday and I called them and Spoke to Tina. I told her what I was looking for and she told me that yes they did have what I was looking for. After a short trip we arrived and We got greeted by the manager who was very friendly I told him that I spoke to Tina and he told us that Tina was busy but would be with us shortly. Five minutes later I finally met Tina and took us out to the lot and showed us the A4. Did the test drive and went inside to do some numbers. They gave us different payment options and we were satisfied with the results. Everything went smoothly in the finance department. After that we got the keys to our new A4, Could not be any happier with the car. What I loved the most about the experience here at Audi of West Covina was the Friendliness of everyone from Tina to the sales manager and the finance department. They were not pushy at all and gave us what we wanted. Great Job. More
I just bought an amazing brand new S4 from this audi dealership and am thus far very impressed with the service. I bought the car on late night Sunday and the service department was closed so Nick told dealership and am thus far very impressed with the service. I bought the car on late night Sunday and the service department was closed so Nick told me that I could return at a later date and get a free wash and detail. I returned 3 days later and I was a little apprehensive since the service department has terrible ratings on yelp, but I asked them about it and those are all old reviews and apparently a few months ago they got rid of everyone and got all new workers. Anyways I was pretty happy with the job the service department did, but Nick actually went through and re-detailed the interior very nonchalantly while chatting with me! Very surprising for the salesman of all people to take such a personal interest in my car. I also got the gas filled again for free! As for price, well I bought a very pricey car and knew what I was getting into and they still gave me quite a good deal. I am very happy with the purchase of my new vehicle and can truly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new Audi! More

When Mr. Cota let us test drive an A4 from the lot, we knew that Audi is the right choice. It is a luxury and smooth car. The style of the car is so prestige. We love the new design of the car. Furthmore, Mr. Cota was very friendly to us. When he saw us walked through the doors, he immediately made eye contact and welcome us. He spent many hours with us to find the right financing options. The finally price we walked out with is superb. For just the brand name it is already worth it. Our overall experience was more than great. We would come back any day to just to hi to the guy. By the way we got the new A4 2.0T 2012. WOW, what an amazing car!!!! Have gotten so many compliments. :D More

Thier short-term finance options were great but 60 and 72 month options were pretty poor. Other then that, the price of the car and the amount they were willing to give me for my trade-in was more then adequate. More
