Absolutely the BEST service I have ever received. I have a 2011 Q7 that I have frequently brought into the West Chester Audi dealership. I have always appreciated that there are loaners available, the service members are very professional, and hours accommodating; however, on August 9 this team, in short, blew me away by the service provided. I woke up at 4:30am to a flat tire. Unfortunately I do not know how to change a flat tire so called the Audie Roadside Assist. I was told there would be someone available at 9:20am. That person didn't show so at 11:30am I called again, and was told they would be there by 2:20pm. On and on this went all afternoon with no one from Roadside Assist showing up to help. I called the West Chester Audie Service Center and talked to Thien at 4:30pm and he said that he, or a coworker, would be there shortly. Kevin actually drove to my house, put the spare tire on for me, drove my car to West Chester Audi, and left me a rental car so I could get to work in the morning! The next day, I received a call that my tire had been fixed and I could pick my car up whenever ready. When I picked my car up, it had been washed and I was not even charged for the tire fix. I wanted to say a BIG thank you to Thien and Kevin for going above and beyond to make a really frustrating experience with Roadside Assist positive! My car has 130K miles on it and I definitely will be purchasing another Audie when it's time to retire my current one. More

Got bitter and said I was foolish not to buy these ridiculously overpriced "services". Petty much called me a fool. Got a load of BS to justify his actions. Quoted a brake replacement @ $3500, windshield wipers @ $125, yeah, right. Finance guy was a bad experience. When I complained to Tarik Shapli he fed me a load of BS that the FTC "requires" that these overpriced options are presented in detail to each customers. The FTC responded "huh?". Salesperson was great (when I got to see him), technology guy was extra great. More

I wasn't initially able to visit the dealership when I planned to, & what really made me want to stop by was how polite Andrew remained despite that. I have had pretty rough experiences with car salesman either being rude from the start, or changing their demeanor altogether when it became obvious that I didn't want to buy - none of which I had to worry about at Audi West Chester. The car I purchased was photographed realistically on their website as well, and I did not feel surprised when I saw it in person. My father is a mechanic, and he also approved of the buying experience & vehicle. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a car at Audi West Chester to my friends and family, and I would specifically recommend working with Andrew. Thank you for the amazing experience! More

Getting the basics done right is not as easy as it seems, especially during busy periods, but I was treated very respectfully, and my wait time was minimal. Aiden was professional, competent, and prompt. He might be one of the best service managers I have ever had, and I've owned BMW's and Mercedes' throughout my life as well. Sometimes the person makes the difference, and in this case, it couldn't be any more true. I hope Audi of West Chester recognizes how important Aiden is to the overall operations, as he has certainly earned the respect of a demanding customer. More

I have purchased more than a few vehicles over the years - this experience was one of the best and Len's respectful/knowledgable demeanor coupled with Tom's similarly professional oversight created an experience that left me feeling very good about the purchase and sure to return when in the market again.
