I filed a complaint against West Chester Audi with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office because they charged us for a certified pre-owned (CPO) Audi, but on the day we came to collect the vehicle, t Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office because they charged us for a certified pre-owned (CPO) Audi, but on the day we came to collect the vehicle, they gave us a regular used Audi (the dealership de-registered the car and removed its CPO protection after they cashed our check). The dealership took my check on February 13 and asked me to return after the funds had cleared, but when I returned to pick up the car a new sales manager (Steven Baxter) was on duty and he told me he was not going to give me the CPO protection that I had paid for. I decided to call general manager Rob Nourie. I pointed out to Mr. Nourie that, by removing the car’s CPO protection, Mr. Baxter had put the dealership in breach of contract. I pointed out the documentary evidence I could show (written assurances and signatures from dealership staff certifying that I was purchasing a CPO car, as well as the fact that I wrote “2019 Audi Q5 CPO” and the car’s VIN on the check that I used to pay for the car). I also decided to file a complaint against the dealership with Audi of America, and to report the dealership to the Attorney General’s office. On March 16, Mr. Nourie finally informed me the dealership had paid the necessary CPO fee to Audi of America and that "the CPO went into effect as of 3/15/2021.” In other words, weeks and weeks of grief trying to push this dealership to give me the CPO protection they charged me for. I have shared with the Attorney General’s office my concern that customers who are less aggressive about defending their rights could be defrauded by this dealership, and I asked the Attorney General’s office to keep my complaint on file. More
I purchased a used Audi last week, and up to the last step they were doing fine. Both the sales mgr (Steve) and sales rep (Chase) did a professional job of working with me to reach agreement on a fine m step they were doing fine. Once the deal was reached everything changed and I was turned over to the a-**** who was to take care of the paperwork. He wasted my time going over in detail each of their dozen or more prepaid maintenance / insurance options. I told him repeatedly that I was not interested, so he just ignored and droned on. At the end he insisted I initial a statement that I understood all of the scary risks I was assuming by not buying his overpriced rip offs. He justified the whole thing by claiming it was federal law (yeah, right). I was stuck there because he held the paperwork. At that point I realized that sitting in a fancy showman with expensive new cars doesn't make any different - they're just another sleazy used car lot trying to rip me off. At least those lots with trailer offices are honest about it, and probably cheaper. More

While I was not crazy about my salesperson who was new and did not stay long, the service here has always been fantastic. They are polite, accommodating, kind, responsive- and I've been extremely happy wi and did not stay long, the service here has always been fantastic. She offered deals and the reneged. Saying ”coincidently” there was lots of interest in the vehicle. After purchasing the car for sticker price she NEVER said a simple Thank you. What put it over the top was the delivery of the car. I had asked that a scratch be touched up and some minor surface scratches be buffed out. She agreed and said it would be done when the car was detailed. I doubt the car was detailed. The minor scratches we're still there, the larger scratch looked as though filled in w a Bic pen & the car was streaky. I questioned her about the large scratch & she answered me by saying ”doesn't look new but neither is the car” The car is a 2018. She was sorry if she offended my but maybe my standards we're too high. Buying a car is suppose to be enjoyable & exciting. Buying a Audi is suppose to be exhilarating. I was left feeling totally deflated & wishing I had purchased something & definitely somewhere else! The managers don't seem interested in my experience but maybe all the people I tell will be. More

LIARS!! LIARS! I reach an OUT OF DOOR agreement with the sales guy Tony and spoke and text him at least 10 times if not more. This included me telling him I LIARS! Drove 2.5 hours to get the and this person then hits me with an extra $399 fee. Claims "miscommunication". He's a liar plain and simple. Tried to blow it off to someone was supposed to call me but he knew because he's a liar. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CONARTIST. If you do beware that fee. I should have walked away but did not since I drove so far away and his guy knew how far we drove. I'll never refer them to anyone! More
