We test drove the Q5 back in the spring time and when we went back to purchase, David wasn’t there that day so we came back on a day he was working because we knew we wanted to work with him. He was very personable and seemed genuine when we first met him. I’m sure the other salesman at that dealership are just as cool, but we wanted to give the sale to David for being awesome with us from the start. Ten out of ten would recommend my friends go to Audi Warwick and ask for David. Very happy with my purchase. Will definitely be going back to David when I’m ready for an upgrade. More

He brought out a 2023 A5 Sportback S-Line in black/black with the black optics package. Gorgeous. I’ve got 500 miles on it (5 days) and it drives like a dream. Responsive, quiet, handles beautifully. I followed the speed limit (+ 4 to 6 mph) using the adaptive speed control from Rte. 1 in Charlestown, up to Rte. 4 and then 95. When I took my exit in Pawtucket, my average mpg was showing 38.1 mpg. I drove 90 miles to see a car at Audi Warwick. It was a complete waste of time. Audi Warwick advertised the vehicle as having keyless entry. It did not. That was a deal breaker for me. I would not have driven 90 miles to see a car that lacked that feature. Far more egregious is the fact the car was not available to test drive upon my arrival. I went back and forth with the dealership via text for several minutes before I left, as I was hesitant to make such a long trip if the car was not available. They assured me that it was. I decided to make the trip. One of two things must be true: Either (a) a customer had already made an appointment to see the car at the same time I was traveling down to Rhode Island - in which case I should have been told to avoid the trip - I would have gladly come down on a different day to see the car assuming it was not sold, or (b) someone walked into the showroom out of the blue at the same time I was driving down, at which point that prospective customer should have been told that another customer (me) was coming from a long distance to see the car and suggest that the prospective customer come back another time (or even later in the day). Guess what? The customer ahead of me bought the car. Round trip I wasted 150 miles. If you live more than 30 minutes away, it's not worth the trip. The car you are looking for may not be there. Looking for an Audi? Stay local. I am always on the hunt for my next car. I'll replace my wife's A6 this year when the CPO warranty runs out. I won't be making another trip to Audi Warwick. More
