This is the second Audi I have purchased from Inskip and they have far exceeded all my expectations. From purchase to service they have made everything easy. Barry was understanding, helpful, and so easy to work with. I think he knew before I did exactly what car I had in my mind and then he did everything possible to deliver it. He worked with my husband to establish a fair price, and then made it his business to spend time with my 94 year old dad when I returned to pick up my car. My hard to please dad was very impressed!!! The service has been woderful as well. My appointments have been easy to schedule and I am always called about price before any work has begun, so I always know the bottom line. They even had a driver deliver my car after service appointment as I was taking care of my dad and 6 year old nephew, while my brother was undergoing chemo. That truly is going above and beyond!! When people ask me where I purchased my Audi I say "Inskip", and then proceed tell them why. It's a great dealership!! More
This is my third lease with Inskip Audi, my wife and I have always found the dealership to be quick and painless when it comes to purchasing or leasing a vehicle. However, on this occasion we met David So have always found the dealership to be quick and painless when it comes to purchasing or leasing a vehicle. However, on this occasion we met David Sorafine. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. It is so rare these days to meet such an easy going, helpful and mild mannered sales representative. David spent the first ten minutes or so actually listening and then he mapped out our choices and options. His approach perfect, he was knowledgable, charming and most of all he made us feel at ease. There was no 'hard sell' or 'up sell' involved - he was cool, calm and collected. He showed us a couple of great cars (the ones we had actually asked about!) and then got us an excellent deal on a 2011 Audi A3 TDi. We could not be happier, David at Inskip exceeded our expectations and before we knew we were driving off in a brand new car. My wife and I were so impressed that we are returning next week to trade in our other car and purchase another Audi. Thank you David! More
We have been through the Inskip Audi experience twice now with our sales rep Barry Bryant. Each time we have been treated extremely well. Tom was a personable and well-informed salesman who was fun to work with and ultimately make my CPO purchase. Erin worked out the numbers and paperwork and went the extra mile to get it all right, she was fun to work with and ultimately make my CPO purchase. They get excellent deal flow, have great selections, and do all it takes to make your purchase as effortless as possible - in some ways, that is a dangerous thing, especially for someone who loves cars! I have been involved in sales and marketing most of my life and when I walked into the Inskip Audi I was skeptical to say the least. I had previoulsy visited the dealership in 2007 and was singularly unde life and when I walked into the Inskip Audi I was skeptical to say the least. I had previoulsy visited the dealership in 2007 and was singularly underwhelmed, but shortly after I was handed to David Sorafine I knew that we would do business together and enjoy it to boot. David proved to be a no nonsense sales person who knew both his product and his customer--we are all different you know. David first determined what I wanted in a 2011 A4 and then demonstrated an additional feature that he knew, by that time, that I would like. We drove cars with and without the package, I made up my mind and we did the deal in fifteen minutes at a very fair price without wrangling, posturing, or visits to "get my managers approval." OK, one of the latter. We were done and I felt that I had someone I could trust at the dealership and that I would certainly recommend to friends and relations in the market for a swell car. What little exchange that I had with Erin was pleasant and helpful, especiually as I was attempting to unravel the extended warranty option puzzle--I drive my cars long and far. Every tranaction that I had with Erin and David was crisp and efficient. I like that. More

I have purchased a number of cars from Inskip - Volvo S80, Volvo C70, Infinity G35, and I had my Nissan Murano serviced at Inskip. The purchase of my 2011 Audi Q5 was without a doubt my best experience I have had at any dealership! David met me in the lot a few weeks ago when I was kicking tires and had not yet made a decision about a vehicle. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and I never felt like I was being pressured. He gave me a brochure and his card and asked me to call him if I had any questions. I called him back a few days later and asked if my wife an I could test drive the Q5. He took us out for a test drive and basically let the car sell itself. He pointed out all of the high tech features that the car offers and again we never felt we were being pressured. When we deceided to purchase the car David was a big help with our trade-in and made the process easy. He also got us aquote for a number of options that we were considering (ski rack, bike rack). Our experience with Erin was similar. She was very helpful fine tuning our financing package. She made a number of excellent suggestions that helped us streamline the financing maze. She was very friendly, and made this usually stressfull part of the new car purchase easy and enjoyable. More

He was nice, informetive, honest, and gave me the price not only for my car to tread in, but for my new one I purchased, that couldn't be beat! The following morning I was up in Road Island fom Connecticut to pick up my new car. I can honestly say, this was the easiest, most pleasant car purchase I ever experienced! Having owned a 2004 A4 that was regularly serviced at Inskip Audi, I was already familiar with their high level of professionalism and personal service. When the time came for me to upgrade to a new mod Inskip Audi, I was already familiar with their high level of professionalism and personal service. When the time came for me to upgrade to a new model, I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for based upon an Internet search prior to visiting the dealership. The Internet rep helped me to schedule a meeting with sales rep Mark Walker at my convenience. Ironically, when I arrived the car I had viewed online was no longer available. However, Mark had a 2011 A4, same color, at the "Prestige" level with everything I wanted plus more options that were nice but not on my "must have" list. He worked it out so that I was able to purchase the car for less than the price of the initial car, with all of the bells and whistles attached. The process was smooth, seamless, and efficient. One thing I do not enjoy is spending hours haggling over price or filling out lots of paperwork. The introduction to the finance rep (Erin) was painless, and when I came back to pick up the car, everything was ready and waiting, no surprises! Great teamwork all around. More

David Sorafine did everything a car salesman should be doing to not only get a sale but create a lasting impression that makes the customer want to return. He: 1)Used ZERO high pressure sales tactics. He had a very relaxed and warm attitude throughout the sale. 2)Respected me and my wifes intelligence and knowledge about the sale 3)Offered close to the value of Kelley Blue Book for our trades 4)Went above and beyond in offering his services to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Never before has a car buying experience been this easy, enjoyable and memorable as it was from David Sorafine at Inskip Audi. I plan on returning to Inskip Audi in the future to, hopefully if he is there, work with David again on another car buying experience. I have already posted statuses on Facebook recommending him personally for his excellent service. I also want to note that Erin Barber of the Finance office at Inskip Audi was a pleasure to work with as well. She was warm, funny, easy going and didn't have any surprises for us when she worked out the final numbers. She also did her best and provided us a very reasonable interest rate on our loan. The Inskip dealership itself deserves high praise for being very clean, "high tech" and high-end looking. We will definitely be recommending Inskip Audi and especially David Sorafine to everyone we know. More
