I like shopping for a new car as much as I like going to the dentist, so when I entered the showroom at Inskip Audi, I was a bit apprehensive. Along comes this gentle giant David Sorafine (stands 6'8 or so the dentist, so when I entered the showroom at Inskip Audi, I was a bit apprehensive. Along comes this gentle giant David Sorafine (stands 6'8 or so) who quickly alleviated me of my anxiety. I explained to Dave that I was looking to trade out of my A8L into an S5. Dave went over the pros and cons of downsizing, and suggested that we take the S5 for a test drive. Dave made sure we tested the car on a number of road conditions, especially rough roads, so I could experience the difference from my A8. I quickly decided that I had to have the S5, and Dave worked with me to build the one with my specifications. Dave is an extremely nice, no pressure sales representative. His easy going and professional nature made him a pleasure to work with. Dave gets it. He understands that happy clients beget more happy clients, and that service is a differentiator. Dave ordered my car, kept me informed of its delivery status and even personally picked it up at the port! I can't describe how happy I was with car and the Inskip experience. Dave sets the bar for those in his field. If only he sold Lexus (my wife’s car of choice). More
Purchasing my new A5 Cabroliet was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences to date. He listened first and it was clear from our first conversation that his focus was on me the customer and my wants and needs. Unlike others, he wasn't about selling me a car on the spot the first moment we discussed such; rather he helped me through the process offering suggestions and considerations that made the procoess so comfortable. David's physical stature can be intimidating upon first meeting him but only because he stands about 6'9" but don't let that fool you --- he has a heart of gold. He has since followed up with me to ensure that my driving experience thus far has exceeded my high expectations ..which indeed it has. I was in the market for a new vehicle and I wanted to check out the trade in value of my then VW. I went to the Inskip Audi website and went through their Vehicle Appraisal form. Once I completed it, I immediately received a call from Greg. He hooked up everything! After testing driving and going over numbers I decided to pull the trigger. Greg made everything very seamless and easy, as I have a very busy schedule. The service that was provided, from web to the dealership in this day in age just make sense and Greg's role really helped. He took the hassle out of wasting time. I had purchased many cars from Inskip over the years and had found that lately the over all sales experience had been very poor at Mercedes, BMW and Porsche. The sales associates were cold, and only focused on the quick sale and not educating the consumer and working to get the best deal and financing. I had never owned an Audi until this past weekend when I purchased a Q7 from Tom Vincent. My experience with Tom was not what I expected from from Inskip. From the very moment I walked in I expect the same old arrogant BS that I had experienced lately with the other Inskip dealers. Tom immediately put both my wife and I at ease, we were there to see a left over 2010 they had on the lot but it was not the right color and did not have all the options we were looking for. Tom when out of his way to locate a vehicle that had not even arrived in the port, secured the vehicle and delivered to my wife and I within a week. We were VERY happy an dI was most surprised that Tom never changed his willingness to work with us once he found out that we want a vehicle he did not have sitting right on the lot. I would purchase another Audi from Tom and Inskip Audi and my wife is an Audi driver for life now. Thank you Tom and the Inskip Audi team. This is the second Audi I have purchased from Inskip and they have far exceeded all my expectations. From purchase to service they have made everything easy. He worked with my husband to establish a fair price, and then made it his business to spend time with my 94 year old dad when I returned to pick up my car. My hard to please dad was very impressed!!! The service has been woderful as well. My appointments have been easy to schedule and I am always called about price before any work has begun, so I always know the bottom line. They even had a driver deliver my car after service appointment as I was taking care of my dad and 6 year old nephew, while my brother was undergoing chemo. That truly is going above and beyond!! When people ask me where I purchased my Audi I say "Inskip", and then proceed tell them why. It's a great dealership!! More
This is my third lease with Inskip Audi, my wife and I have always found the dealership to be quick and painless when it comes to purchasing or leasing a vehicle. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. It is so rare these days to meet such an easy going, helpful and mild mannered sales representative. David spent the first ten minutes or so actually listening and then he mapped out our choices and options. His approach perfect, he was knowledgable, charming and most of all he made us feel at ease. There was no 'hard sell' or 'up sell' involved - he was cool, calm and collected. He showed us a couple of great cars (the ones we had actually asked about!) and then got us an excellent deal on a 2011 Audi A3 TDi. We could not be happier, David at Inskip exceeded our expectations and before we knew we were driving off in a brand new car. My wife and I were so impressed that we are returning next week to trade in our other car and purchase another Audi. Thank you David! More

Tom was a personable and well-informed salesman who was fun to work with and ultimately make my CPO purchase. They get excellent deal flow, have great selections, and do all it takes to make your purchase as effortless as possible - in some ways, that is a dangerous thing, especially for someone who loves cars! I have been involved in sales and marketing most of my life and when I walked into the Inskip Audi I was skeptical to say the least. I had previoulsy visited the dealership in 2007 and was singularly unde life and when I walked into the Inskip Audi I was skeptical to say the least. I had previoulsy visited the dealership in 2007 and was singularly underwhelmed, but shortly after I was handed to David Sorafine I knew that we would do business together and enjoy it to boot. David proved to be a no nonsense sales person who knew both his product and his customer--we are all different you know. David first determined what I wanted in a 2011 A4 and then demonstrated an additional feature that he knew, by that time, that I would like. We drove cars with and without the package, I made up my mind and we did the deal in fifteen minutes at a very fair price without wrangling, posturing, or visits to "get my managers approval." OK, one of the latter. We were done and I felt that I had someone I could trust at the dealership and that I would certainly recommend to friends and relations in the market for a swell car. What little exchange that I had with Erin was pleasant and helpful, especiually as I was attempting to unravel the extended warranty option puzzle--I drive my cars long and far. Every tranaction that I had with Erin and David was crisp and efficient. I like that. More
