Greg was immediately responsive to my e-mail and answered my plethora of questions. I expressed to him the exact vehicle I desired and without any attempts to change my mind, in a matter of hours he found the vehicle. The price was fair and the vehicle was just what I wanted. Throughout the entire process Greg was friendly,attentive,and by no means placed any pressure on me. Greg is definitely not your "old school" car salesman - and what a delightful change! Many individuals, especially women dread the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I can say with absolute certainty that if you go to this dealership and ask for Greg Schilling your experience will be pleasant. Susan W. More
Simple: after visiting and/or speaking with four other dealers; Audi Warwick had the car I wanted, gave me a price that was less expensive than the others for the same equipt vehcile. Greg Schilling was very responsive, even on his day off, Ralph the sales manager came out to speak with me and thank me for the business. Erin Barber handled my financing and aftermarket work efficiently, pleasantly and professionally. I recommend the people and the dealership. More
Just purchased a new Audi from Inskip. I send the same specs for the car I wanted by email to 5 Audi dealers. I did not look forward to the process of going through five different prices and make them ap specs for the car I wanted by email to 5 Audi dealers. I did not look forward to the process of going through five different prices and make them apples for apples to see which offer was best. And guess what? Inskip's Greg Schilling promptly and professionally provided a price for the car that was, without haggling, much better than any of the others. And the others included one dealership that I spent many hours visiting and negotiating with. Not only that, but Inskip's general policies on picking up the car for service, loaner cars, etc. made a joke out of all the others also. So, my car buying life got much, much better when I brought Greg Schilling and Inskip into it. So, I ordered the exact car I wanted. They told me it would take about 3 months to get an ordered car, that was OK with me, and I got the car in nearly exactly 3 months. But here is the rest of the story. A couple of weeks after I signed the contract (which by the way obligated me to nothing if I did not like my ordered car when it arrived!), I decided to add another option. The retail price on this option was $1,100. I was thankful enough to Greg and Inskip for promptly changing the build of the car that I did not ask for what they would charge me. I was not paying retail for the car or any of the options in the original order. So only when I paid for the car did I learn what they were going to charge me. I am 57 years old, and have dealt with car dealers many a time. So as nice as Greg and Inskip had been, I fully expected the pay the full $1,100 for the added option. Well, it did not work out that way. WITHOUT ME EVEN HAVING TO SAY A WORD, GREG AND INSKIP APPLIED THE SAME PERCENTAGE DISCOUNT TO THIS $1,100 AS THEY HAD TO THE OPTIONS IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER. WAS THIS DISCOUNT HUGE - NO. BUT WHEN THE LAST TIME A CAR DEALER YOU WORKED WITH DID THE RIGHT THING WITHOUT EVEN BEING ASKED? So, in my educated opinion having shopped more than two months before deciding to do business with Inskip, if you want an Audi in New England, start your shopping at Inskip. Chances are it will also end there. More
I had a valuable test drive which demonstrated the ride, handeling and features of the A6. Each time i visited the dealership with an appointment the appointment was kept, information was available my tim handeling and features of the A6. Recently, due to family considerations, my wife and I made a decision to trade out of our current BMW sedan and into a new SUV. We did a lot of research and narrowed down a "short list" of vehicles made a decision to trade out of our current BMW sedan and into a new SUV. We did a lot of research and narrowed down a "short list" of vehicles we were interested in to the Audi Q5, BMW X3, and Mercedes ML 350. The first vehicle we chose to look at was the Audi Q5. Inskip Audi is where we encountered one of the most customer oriented, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice sales people we have ever met...David Sorafine. We explained our situation and requirements to David. We also explained that we had just begun the search, and that this was the first place, and the Q5, was the first vehicle that we were looking at. David listened...understood our needs, and expertly explained all of the virtues of the Q5...and with absolutely no hard sell tactics or pressue. He displayed a sincere understanding of our number one requirement...ensuring that we had all of the information we needed to make the best decision on the "right" vehicle for us. He also explained in great detail why he felt the Q5 was that vehicle. I explained to him that, while we thought the Q5 might indeed be the vehicle for us, we also wanted to look at the BMW X3 and Mercedes Benz ML 350 before making any decision, and since both of the other vehicles were also located at the Inskip complex would he have some time that afternoon to show them to us? David said no problem...he completely understood our decision to look at the other vehicles before making a final selection. However, David explained he could not show us the other vehicles we wanted to see (even thought they were all at the Inskip complex!!!) but that he would be happy to walk us over to both of the other dealerships and introduce us to one of the other sales associates there. He assured us it was no problem, and that all of the other Inskip staff members were very nice and knowledable and would ensure all of our questions about the other vehicles were answered (again he was correct, we received excellent service at the other dealers). Bottom line...David made us feel very at ease during what can be a very stressful process, and with what could have been a very awkward situation. We did indeed end up purchasing another vehicle that determined more closely met our needs from a different Inskip dealer. And yes, David was correct, we did indeed receive great service from all of the Inskip staff we encountered, regardless of the dealer. Even though I didn't have to, I personally called David the next day to let him know of our final decision. Again, the consumate professional, he thanked me for the call, congratulated us on the purchase, and said he was happy my wife and I found the "right" vehicle for us. He also went on to say if he could help us with anything, in anyway in the future, not to hesitate to call on him. What a class act. David is a credit, not just to the Audi dealership, but to the entire Inskip organization. David took what could have been an awkward situation and turned it into a positive. I intend to write another rating regarding the superb experience I had with my sales associate, Frank Giorgio, at the Inskip Mercedes dealship. He too deserves accolades for going out of his way to make sure we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision, and on working tirelessly to put together a deal that worked for us. This is my second Audi and having moved six times in the past five years I have visited many Audi dealerships for either sales or service; none of them have been as enjoyable as working with the people at Audi of Warwick. Barry (Audi Brand Specialist) was attentive, understanding of my requirements & needs, and most importantly was a pleasure to do business with. Both Barry & Erin Barber (Finance) were completely accomodating of my busy travel schedule, handling all of the paperwork needed for the sale over the phone and through email, leaving only the final signatures to be completed upon my taking delivery of the vehicle. I sincerely appreciate the treatment I received and look forward to seeing Barry for next Audi purchase. More

After visiting the New England Auto Show in Providence a few weeks ago, we became interested in a new Q We had a great experience at Inskip Audi. After visiting the New England Auto Show in Providence a few weeks ago, we became interested in a new Q5. My wife, myself and a close friend wandered in off the street on Valentine's day, my wife's birthday. Both David and Erin were great to work with. I liked the fact that David left it up to us do decide if he came with us on the test drive. We said yes, and I'm glad he did. David did a great job of pleasantly explaining the Q5's complex technical features without overwhelming us. He also showed us some of the vehicle's performance features that we would not have noticed on our own. David did a great job of picking up on the fact that it was my wife's birthday, and everyone did a great job of preparing the truck so that we could pick it up the same day. I think he even stayed a little late on valentine's day to help us pick up the vehicle that evening. David helped my wife get the Bluetooth set up and working with her phone. That was a nice touch. Erin did a wonderful job of handling all the behind the scened paperwork, and making the whole process efficient and enjoyable. We never felt like we were sitting around waiting for too long. We felt like we got a great price on a great vehicle, and had a wonderful experience doing it. Thanks, Mike Callahan More

I met with Barry regarding the purchase of a new S4. The car was a special order 2011. The option list, option packages and pricing had not been set in stone yet. He was very patient as I flip flopped on color, was indecisive between an S4 or S5, and did his best to be sure that my car came in with the proper options. Barry is an Audi enthusiast and it shows in how he approaches his customers. The sales experience was relaxed, but thorough. In addition, the treatment I received after the sale by the service department has only reinforced my opinion that Inskip cares about customer service and will go the extra mile to insure a premium service experience.
