I’m asked if there are any concerns and they are all addressed. There is constant contact during the wait period, letting me know what’s happening and in person, one on one conversations if there are any issues that need to be discussed. No surprises. A loaner is made available if I need one. And if I prefer to wait, there is a lovely waiting area (even the offer of a quiet, private office space if needed). When my service was complete, I actually stayed a little longer to finish the work I was doing. And they were fine with that, too. I am a very content and satisfied Sloane Audi customer. More
