I recently purchased a new Audi A4 Quattro from Joseph Jay at Audi of Tysons and must say that it was an excellent experience. Once we selected the various options, color, etc. Joseph found the car at another dealership -- Audi of Tysons did not have the specific car on the lot and I didn’t want to wait -- and had it delivered, prepped and ready to go two days later. Joseph gave me a great price without the need to go up and back. After purchasing the car Joseph spent a considerable amount of time with me in order to familiarize me with the car and answer all questions. The process from start to end was fabulous and I would highly recommend Joseph if you are in the market for purchasing an Audi. More
From the moment we walked into the Audi of Tysons Corner dealership, we were impressed by the level of professionalism and customer service we received. Mike was very knowledgeable of the products, was very patient with us throughout the entire process, had a non-pushy sales approach, continued ongoing dialogue over a course of our decision process, and was overall, the best car professional we have worked with while seeking out our new car. Additionally, the sales manager, Dave, was very proactive in trying to find the exact car we wanted, and made call after call to numerous dealerships. At the end, he was able to secure the EXACT car we wanted! Also, when negotiating price, Dave was flexible to fit our needs and gave us the best deal they could. Additionally, through the financing process, our finance rep, Hana, was incredibly kind, thorough and patient. As it turns out, Audi of Tysons Corner even serves as a liaison to the DMV for tags and title - this is a HUGE plus b/c I do not like the long lines and wait at the DMV (I'm sure you can relate)! We could not have picked a better dealership and car professionals! More
I received the 2010 Audi S4 last weekend. This is the third S4 that my family bought at this dealership, the first one in 2003 (2004 model year). We live close by the dealership so I used to stop by this place and take a look at new models. I enjoy visiting this place since it is modern, clean, and easy to get in and out. I also have my S4 serviced here. We rely on the professional staff to take care of our cars. I have owned cars from Volvo, BMW, Mercedes, and others. But I enjoy driving the S4, especially during winter time since I have complete confidence in its handling capability, not that I ignore the laws of physics during inclement weather ;-) I highly recommend Audi S4 series to those interested in safe, fun year-round driving. And this is the place to buy such cars. More
I had a problem with my Audi Q7 for about a few months. Then I asked for the manager, Victor, to get involved. At that point things changed around, the problem was detected, parts were ordered and in a short time my car was fixed. He knew that the problem I experienced at the beginning was due to lack of responsibility of one his employees who left the company and he was there to do anything in his power to keep me, a customer, happy and satisfied and he achieved his goal. I truly appreciate his services and I would recommend Audi Service Department to all of my friends and families because from my experience I know they will take care of you and your car both. M.M. Ali was salesperson number 3 that I dealt with in this dealership. He was very attentive, respectful and never told me that something that I wanted was impossible. There were no hidden fees or unexpected "on site" tricks that I have grown accustomed to in working with most car dealerships. My experience with Audi of Tyson's Corner was a welcomed relief, especially since I had just had a horrible experience with another salesman from a different Audi dealership who tried to swindle me with hidden fees and in-store pressure. None of that occurred with Ali or any of his colleagues at Tyson's Corner. I would highly recommend Ali and his dealership to prospective Audi buyers! More
Overall Audi of Tyson's corner was a pleasure to work with. The staff was courteous, friendly, and extraordinarily helpful. In sharp contrast to the work I did with Tischer Audi in Maryland, who seemed completely unable to remember what my requirements were -- I never had to repeat myself to anyone at this dealership. They knew what I wanted, searched for it, couldn't find it, and worked on a custom order. My only gripe is around a request for modifying the behavior of the DRL LEDs. I asked the dealership if they would be willing to adjust them so they always stayed on, even when the turn signal was on. I didn't get a "no." I didn't get a "yes." I got a "yes, but you are responsible for anything that goes wrong." I also was informed it was not going to void my warranty. Anything that goes wrong? Anytime? Really? I spent a week trying to understand this and eventually gave up. I'd have been happier with a "no." For something as innocuous as this change, I felt corporate policy getting in the way of customer satisfaction. There's got to be a better way of managing your customers and their expectations. More

I met Joseph at Audi of Tysons Corner after being contacted as a result of an online quote request. We talked about the various options I was interested in and other aspects of the car before coming up with a final configuration. He was able to find the "needle in the haystack" car, and though located MANY states away, he and the management at Tysons were able to facilitate the acquisition and delivery of the vehicle in just a couple of days. Working with Joseph was a relaxing and positive experience rarely had at a dealership. He knew the details about the vehicle and was able to answer any questions I had without trying to influence, pressure, or direct my final decision. Though I expected to hear it, I never once had to hear the classic car sales phrase "What'll it take to put you in this car today" So, Joseph, Sales Mgr Brian, and GM Mike, thanks for making this car buying experience just part of the fun of actually getting into the vehicle and driving it. I really do appreciate it! More
