My wife and I were interested in purchasing a used VW Passat. We first looked at Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Annapolis and found a nice Passat for sale, but the sales staff were pretty lazy. I was ready to buy a car from them that day at 5:30pm, but, im guessing it was too close to closing time for them to stick around, so he recommended I come back tomorrow to fill out paper work. I reluctantly agreed, thinking it odd he would want me to sleep on it. That night I searched on line for other deals and found the perfect Passat at Audi of Tysons, for a cheaper asking price. Emailed Bijan that night and I had a email waiting for me the next morning with the specifics and for me to come down for a test drive. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions (if he didn’t have the answer, he didn’t try to guess, he went and actually found the answer). He offered me a better trade in price and even dropped the price lower. The whole time I was there I felt like I was being treated the same way they would treat someone going to buy a brand new Porsche. They were all very nice all the way up to the end and beyond. Needless to say I did not go back to Fitzgerald, I happily gave him my business and would do it again. More

He made significant effort to locate and deliver to Audi of Tysons the specific Audi model of interest products,and to be technically very competent.
