We had never driven an Audi before and this was our first visit to the dealership to test drive an A4. Excellent, no pressure discussion of the Audi options and a very helpful test drive. Entire experience couldn't have gone smoother - had spoken with other Audi dealerships in the area, none were as responsive or forthcoming as Tyson's. Would recommend this location over all others. I bought an Audi at the end of May. The dealer mixed up the VIN on my car with another one. It took them nearly two months to sort that out and in the meantime, they did not handle the change of title and the VIN on my car with another one. So much time elapsed that they could not transfer the tags from my old car and I have to go to DMV myself. The worst part of the experience is that they routinely let calls go to voicemail on the main number. Messages left there and on other voicemails are never answered. More
