I bought a 2011 Audi A4 from Audi of Tysons Corner in December of 2010. I was extremely fortunate to have Ali Malek assist me with the purchase of the car. Upon delivery of the car, Ali provided a thorough tutorial of the various features of the car. Shortly after taking delivery, I experienced an unexpected mechanical problem. I immediately notified Ali, who assured me that they would do everything to address the situation and make things right. I was very much leaned to buy Buick Lacrosse but at the last min some how I felt to look at Audi just to make sure things might change at last minute. I build the car I am looking for at audiusa.com requested for quote, and after 5min I got a call from Chris Ross, Audi Specialist - Audi of Tysons Croner, welcoming me for the test drive. I met couple other sales persons similar to Chris Ross on other dealerships but not some one who is like Chris. Audi of Tysons Corner has lot of options for customer to choose from, I came to know they are 4th largest Audi dealers in USA and they have access to inventories of all the Audi dealership around the nation, I would think most others Audi dealers should have same but just to make a point. So after my test drive I sat with Chris working on options and values. I am very happy and impressed with Chris attention towards me along with other customers he is dealing with. He is a multitasked Audi Engine :-), never get tired and loose his patience. The finance department was more typical of other dealerships--somewhat aggressive pushing for last minute extras and feeling rushed to lock in financing terms. We expected this and were prepared for it, but it was a noticeable change after working with Ali, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and such a light-touch sales manner.
