For employees, receiving cooperation from other employees and other departments is often the only way to get anything accomplished. Having said that, this dealership nails it. This dealership provides a buying experience unparralleled by any of its more recognized competition. I had been waffling back and forth over two distinctly different models when I met up with Karifa Mara. He was was always prompt and courteous when fielding my calls and emails, before even meeting me in person, and then he patiently and enthusiastically answered all of my questions when I finally did walk onto the lot. The GM, Mike Tsamouras, was both respectful and candid in providing me with an indisputably fair purchase price. It is conspicuous and glaring that Mike is a seasoned veteran in the industry, and has a unique panache in running an accomplished, energetic organization. I would emphatically recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. I wholeheartedly believe that you would be doing yourself a disservice if you are even considering a automotive purchase in the near future and you do not visit the first-class team at HBL Porsche/Audi of Tysons Corner VA. I walked into the dealership without an appointment and immediately was greeted and asked if someone could help me. I was directed to Mike Hallahan and he took the time to ask what I was looking for. Since I was not sure of the benefits and features of several of the models, Mike took the time to explain each and narrow down my search. When I left the dealership I had driven an A4 and felt my questions had been answered. At that time I was not ready to purchase as I had several other vehicles that I wanted to check out first. I went to visit several other dealers but wanted come come back and drive the A4 again. This time Mike was not there so Django took over and assisted in providing me with another test drive. At that time, I was pretty sure I was ready to purchase but wanted to check out several dealerships to see who might have the car I wanted and the best deal for us. I returned to another dealership to narrow down the selection and pricing. My husband was with me at this time to help with the process. We always do our homework before we walk into a dealership and we were treated like we did not know what we were talking about when we left the other dealership. We received an email the next day from this dealership with a lower price than what was offered at the time we were there. This was not the way we do business. When we went back to Django and were introduced to David, the Sales Manager, he asked us a few questions and knew we were serious and had done our homework on the car. He gave us a very good deal and made the process very easy. The car I wanted was on the truck and I had to wait a couple of days for it to come in but it was worth it. It was exactly the car I wanted, the color and with the options I needed. Both Django and David definitely worked with us to get the car I wanted and the price we wanted. We were extremely pleased with the whole process at Tysons Corner Audi. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

By the time we walked into the dealership, we new what we wanted. Audi of Tysons was the 3rd dealership we visited and Ali Malek was the 3rd Audi sales person we met with. We wanted a Q5 with specific re wanted. Audi of Tysons was the 3rd dealership we visited and Ali Malek was the 3rd Audi sales person we met with. We wanted a Q5 with specific requirements. We also preferred delivered 2011 delivery over something in stock in October 2010. When we described the car we wanted, Ali, like the previous sales people, did an inventory search. When we declined to take car with almost every feature, we braced ourselves for the pressure. Instead of the pressure, we got understanding. And patience. And the car exactly was we wanted it on our timing. We took delivery last weekend and Ali was there, walking us through every feature of our tricked-out Q5. Again, very patient, very charming. The finance person, Brian was assigned to offer financing and have a go at the dealer upgrades. We found him to be far more relaxed than his upgrade-specialist counterparts elsewhere. We added a couple things and declined most. He did manage to best my beloved credit union on the loan, by a hair. I recommend coming in with a strong loan offer in hand; it seemed to help him focus. We drove off the lot with our car and financing in place, very happy with the process. More

Nooch was great to buy a car from. He explained all the features in the car without even having to ask. It was clear he knew the car and how it rated against it's competition in class, and he handled all i features in the car without even having to ask. For more than 20 years, we were BMW owners. When we decided to try another brand, we were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Pat Driscoll, we traded for an A4 in 2002. Two weeks ago, it was time to get a new car. We were met by Ali Malek and found him as friendly, helpful and professional. We wanted another A4 but was not sure if it will fit inside our garage. Ali drove me in a new A4 and found that the car does not fit, it is about a foot longer than my 2000 A4. We settled on a A3 - love the car! Ali found one with less mileage, also explained and showed all the features with much patience. We are very, very satisfied with the service we received. And certainly will recommend him to all. More
