I have been a big fan of the Audi TT since it first came out but, the only feature that I didn't like was the design of the tail-end and trunk-section of the car. From the moment that I saw the 2012 Audi TT More

They didn't stand behind the car. As soon as I drove it off the lot I had to spend an extra $650 for broken windshield (they said they fixed it until the first bump I hit) and then shorted out the electri More

Leonard, We participate in the DealerRater certified program which lets us respond to these reviews to resolve any issues that come up. I spoke with Kevin and Roma about your concerns and wanted to reach out to you to see what we can do. I understand that your windshield cracked, but that you fixed it before bringing it back to us to check and see if we could repair it. Also, regarding the electrical fan issue, our sales manager, Kevin, told you to bring it to a Nissan dealer and have it evaluated and before you did any of the work to bring it back to us and we could see what we could do to make it right, but he hasn't seen or heard from you since. Please either respond to this message or reach out to Kevin or Roma and give us a chance to handle this to your satisfaction. Best, Audi of Tysons Corner

Yes, Kevin did say that but he also told me once I drove it off the lot is was my issue. He said he would tell the same to his sister, which he has in the past. I had no choice but to fix the windshield before I came back. I live in Bristow and the damn thing cracked. I couldn't drive a car that I just dropped almost 30k on like that. As for the electric, Kevin said he would help with the part if he could. That is not the answer. He should have paid for the part (by the way it was $80) and put it in for me. He was explicit that I bought the car "as is" and he and Roma were clearly done with the transaction. This isn't the first car I've bought but it is the first time a dealer didn't stand behind the car for at least the first 30 days. We almost considered trading our other car and purchasing another car off your lot but that won't happend after this.

Well I apologize for the hassle, but there was clearly a disconnect here. Kevin couldn't promise anything outright since we didn't know what the issue was or what part was needed. That is why we wanted you to return to us after visiting the Nissan dealer, so we could help you out and make the vehicle right. Regardless, your business and satisfaction is very important to us and we would very much like to retain you as a happy client. What can we do to make it right? Here is my issue. It takes me about 45 minutes just to get to your lot. Going to a Nissan dealer, getting an estimate, driving back and forth, etc. is not a good use of my time. I am very busy. I am glad that after the fact you are willing to help but it was the message that was clear when I brought the car back. It was now my problem and not yours. Did anyone offer me to reimburse me for the windshield? No. I know you are a car dealer and you need to make your money. I get that but the right thing to do was to give me a loaner and fix the problem. Play out this scenario. I bought the car and you told me to come back the next day to pick it up because you wanted to detail it for me. I come back the next day and the fan will not shut off. Would you tell me the problem is mine before I drove it off the lot/signed the papers. I think not. It is a simple matter of doing what is right. Money aside, I think Roma and Kevin are good people but I wasn't buying a new Porsche or Audi so I wasn't a priority.
