I went into the Audi of Tyson's Dealership for the very first time, not knowing what to expect. What I experienced was a team of individuals doing everything to make me feel as VIP in their VIP program. Th first time, not knowing what to expect. There wasn't anything that I could have asked for that the team didn't accommodate as it related to my purchase and my special request to participate in the surprise gift for my daughter, who's graduating from college. The service department takes such good care of us!  My husband and I both use this dealership to service my A3 and his A4 since it's on the way to work.  Every time we come in for routine service, the  My husband and I both use this dealership to service my A3 and his A4 since it's on the way to work.  Every time we come in for routine service, the service agents (Joey/Konrad for me and Kevin for my husband) are so professional.  They speak to me in terms I can understand and are realistic in what the car needs fixed.  With our cars getting a few years on them, it's good to know that we have a dealer that's close by that shoots us straight, especially as a female coming in by myself. I've visited Audi's service shop here several times over the last few months regarding a couple of minor issues that were covered by our A6's warranty. Konrad Malinowski and all of his colleagues at the ser the last few months regarding a couple of minor issues that were covered by our A6's warranty. Konrad Malinowski and all of his colleagues at the service desk have always been extremely helpful, friendly and gracious in their dealings with me. I've always gotten prompt appointments, and if my car had to stay overnight, they made sure I had a courtesy car in the interim. Yes, it's a hassle to get your car serviced or repaired, but since you've got to do it anyway at some point to enjoy your Audi at its best, I happily drive all the way from Silver Spring/Wheaton (MD) - skipping two other Audi dealerships along the way! - to get it done here. I have been a big fan of the Audi TT since it first came out but, the only feature that I didn't like was the design of the tail-end and trunk-section of the car. From the moment that I saw the 2012 Audi TT, it was love at first sight! The very moment that I was introduced to Sam Alimi (Sales @ Tysons Corner Audi) I liked him! He was very professional, honest, hard-working, thorough, friendly, up-beat, caring, passionate about the TT, and all of those great attributes that a Sales Professional should have! Sam was an absolute joy and a blast to work with and this was *THE* very first time in my life that I actually enjoyed buying a new car! Sam & Tysons Audi took care of absolutely everything and I swear that I have waited longer for an oder from Five Guys! Just to let you know that since mid-August I have driven over 5,000 miles with my new TT and love it more and more each day! Sam, Tony, Joey, and the rest of the Sales and Service Team made the 5k mile check-up a breeze and they bent over backwards to make certain that I was truly happy with everything with my TT.
